    Hi,

Yes you can download previous versions of any of the plugins you have a license for from your account here.

And for the Events Calendar on WordPress.org in the developer section you can get any of the previous downloads there too.

    Cheers

Great glad it is working now.

The Live site should update the cdn correctly.

I would update everything and then check the site. If there is issues then go through the steps to purge the cdn. It should not require you to turn off or on the cdn, but that could be a last resort if everything else did not work.

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I can help out here.

There is method in the shortcode to change the all events link.

However, you can follow our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

To move and edit this file in your theme:

    events-calendar-pro\src\views\pro\widgets\list-widget.php

There you can add a custom link or remove it yourself if you like.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Kelly,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

You are running Community Events 3.9 with The Events Calendar 3.10.

You need to update all the plugins to 3.10 or keep them all on 3.9.3 or lower for them to work.

Filter Bar and WooCommerce Tickets would have to be updated to 3.10 as well for them to work.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for Purchasing Pro and sorry for the issues here I can help out.

As a first step can you run through our 404 Error Guide and see if that resolves the issue.

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

Let me know how that works out and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi Pat,

    Thanks for posting here.

Ok so everything link I see to the css files is blank. So the CDN is not updating the files coming from the staging site.

I believe you would have to turn off the cdn in the staging site only as it will not update the files unless it comes from you live site url.

Once the cdn is off let me know how it looks.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

The packaging system we used did not update the translation files.

We have fixed the version on WordPress.org this morning, if you would like to re-download that to get a working copy of the translation that should work.

Let me know if the latest copy resolves the issue for you.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

The packaging system we used did not update the translation files.

We have fixed the version on WordPress.org this morning, if you would like to re-download that to get a working copy of the translation.

The translation will also work if you get them from the site you linked too. However, you will have to rename the file to as it does not include the FR or ES or EN on it.

We are also working on making sure this does not happen with the 3.11 update as you said it is not acceptable and we are working to do better.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

Our plugin generates a iCal file to download on the single event and the main views.

You maybe to link to that to get what you are looking for.

Or you maybe to dig through our coding and create you own ical function based off ours to get what you are looking for.

That is about all we have to provide on a customization like this unfortunately.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help out here.

The Facebook Events plugin is an importer only and does a sync. It cannot detect changes in Facebook.

So if you make changes or delete in Event in Facebook you have to do the same in your WordPress Install.

If you believe the plugin was suppose to do this can you please let us know what lead you to believe that so we can fix it on our site.

    Timezone
What is your timezone set in WordPress?

    Admin > Settings > General > “Timezone”

Is that set to your local time?

Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi Again,

Sorry for the confusion. This is again a Pre-Sales Forum and we do not provide technical support here.

We asked you place you support question on WordPress.org and we check that weekly and can try to help narrow down the issue. As of me writing this reply, every single support ticket on WordPress.org has been responded too.

And we do try to help narrow down the issue on WordPress.org, but we can only help if you post there. However, we may not be able to solve the issue or provide coding to fix it as it is a 3rd party conflict.

The business model would be unsustainable if we agreed to fix every conflict with a theme or plugin. There is no way to predict how everything will interact with 3rd party coding. We do test out plugins against the WordPress Codex themes to ensure compatibility with WordPress standards.

If you would like and do post in WordPress.org we can try to help there.

    Good luck on your project.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

Sorry for the frustration with the translations. We are working on getting this resolved.

It is not an issue with the coding and thanks for the offer to access your site, but out policy is to not access customer sites.

The packaging process we are using is not getting the latest translation files from GlotPress and because of that the translations are broken.

Although the translations may look complete in 3.10 we introduced a filter and any translation string with the word event in it has to be updated or it will not work.

You can get a copy of the translation that should work from here:

    http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects

Download your .mo and po language-files for the project
Upload them to the plugins language folder
Rename the two files to tribe-events-calendar-es_ES.mo and po (Spanish example) I think German is de_DE.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
