Unfortunately, most likely not. Theme compatibility is outside of the support we can provide for the most part.

It is also our policy not to access a customers website.

We can try to help narrow it down, but might not be able to provide any fixes for it.

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    The Events Calendar

If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

    Having said that.

I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.

Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages

Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.

    That should fix the issue.

    Thanks

Yep, there is only one place to store events using our plugins.

    Hi saha,

I am a Modern Tribe Developer looking into this issue, but missing some pieces of the puzzle to get it solved.

Would you be able to provide a backup of your site files (minus the uploads directory) as well a copy of the database and then provide a download in a private link?

I usually use this free plugin to create backups:

BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin

It would help us in getting to the bottom of it if you can.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Community Events Plugin requires the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

The core version enables event creation from the admin, while Community Events creates events from the front end.

Both those events are stored in the same place in the admin.

Check out our New User Primer for how Community Events works:

    New User Primer: Community Events

You can see the same New User Primer for the core version as well:

New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Steve,

As Kate pointed out it is possible with Pro’s recurring events.

Check out the screenshot she posted for the settings to use.

    Thanks Kate for the tip!

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

You do not need Pro for Community Events to work.

You only need Pro if you like the features of Pro such as Additional Fields, Recurring Events, Map View, etc..

If you just like Community Events all you need is the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

To request a refund for Pro please follow our policy outlined here:

    Refund Policy

And we can take care of it. Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

The renewal is currently 30% of the purchase price.

The plugins continue to work after the license expires, but you no longer have access to support or update.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I can help out here.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that does it.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

Let me know how that works out for you.

    Thanks
