Formatting URL in the Other meta column

Hi – I cannot find the answer to this and I may be handling the whole thing wrong.

We added a custom event field of URL so we could have a registration link show in the third column. This works great and outputs as:
Other
Registration Link
Long URL

What we are trying to do is
Register
Button instead of URL

I changed the Column title in my copied version of additional-fields.php, can probably hide the custom field label via css and have read about changing the Website URL to a button but not sure how to access that other label / value to manipulate it.

Any help would be awesome.

Nevermind I figured a workaround. I was able to add a strip_tags() function to just get the url and output code I desired.
