We built the site for a client on it test site and when we moved the client to their new hosting company we lost our license key. We found out later it remained on the deleted test site we built it on originally. Candace license key be reinstated to our client that purchased the original license key and assigned to their new URL?

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that does it.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
