ParticipantHi, mossy1580. I’m afraid that I don’t understand what you are saying. 🙁
Are you still talking about the HTTPS issue or the maps issue? What exactly works in Safari, but not in other browsers?
Also, if you’d like us to look at something, screenshots and/or URLs are extremely helpful.
Thanks for the clarification! 🙂

ParticipantThanks, Brendan. There’s a tutorial for WooCommerce based on user demand. Honestly, we didn’t make one for Eventbrite Tickets because there hadn’t been any call for it.
Looking at the snippet, it appears to be fairing plugin specific, so I’m afraid that we’ll need to wait for a dev’s attention. Thanks for your patience while we get that done! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Brendan. Honestly, none of us have ever heard of vouchers before. 🙁
I asked our dev team, and they pointed me at the Eventbrite API documentation: http://developer.eventbrite.com/doc/#methods
Have you tried importing the event using the Events Calendar Eventbrite Import functionality? I’d be curious what it does.
Another option would be for you to get in touch with Eventbrite and ask them if this is something that we can control with their API. If it is, we may be able to make it work for you.
Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you. Hope this helps a little! 🙂

ParticipantHi, wmglennosborne. Thanks for your reply.
I had one of our devs take a look and we’re really having trouble figuring out why the snippet wouldn’t work for you.
Just to confirm, this is the snippet you’re using:
https://gist.github.com/jazbek/7442734You’ll need to insert it in your (child) theme’s functions.php file. Also, to be clear, you shouldn’t use the opening PHP tag (the first two lines) because the file should already have those.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantI’m so glad to hear it! Great work! 🙂
By the way if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here :

ParticipantHi, Jeff. I’ve heard back from our dev team. Thanks for your patience.
Unfortunately, this is not something that we can fix on the fly. We’ll definitely look into getting something in place in the near future, but it’s too big of a lift to make the next release that we have planned.
I’ve personally had good results with using an organizer name that is exactly as shown on one that is configured already in Eventbrite. If that isn’t working for you, I’m afraid I don’t really have a better solution than going to your EB site and changing it after updating an event in TEC. 🙁
I’m sorry that I don’t have better news for the immediate future. Rest assured that this will make it into the product before too long! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Alastair. Great question! 🙂
You do need to update the free version of The Events Calendar separately from the PRO add-on. If for some reason, you are not being prompted (as you should be), you are welcome to download it from the wordpress.org repo: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Please let us know how it goes! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Brendan. Great question! 🙂
It’s definitely possible to change the main calendar “slug” and then have Month View be the default. This combination of settings should result in the behavior you’re looking for. Here’s how to make it happen:
1. Go to the Events Calendar Settings page.
2. About halfway down the page you’ll see the “Events URL Slug” setting: http://d.pr/i/YqSE. Change that to “calendar” (or whatever word you would prefer).
3. Click “Save Changes”.
4. Click on the “Display” tab in the Settings page.
5. The fourth item down the page is “Default View”: http://d.pr/i/onJN. You’ll want to set that to “Month”. (It’s worth noting that the Month view must be enabled for it to be selected.)
6. Click “Save Changes”.Hope that helps! 🙂

ParticipantHi, terrysteeley. Great question! 🙂
It looks like this tutorial is exactly what you’re after: https://theeventscalendar.com/altering-or-removing-headings-on-calendar-views/

ParticipantGreat! Thanks for letting us know, mikejd. 🙂

ParticipantHi, Erin! I have good news for you. 🙂
Our developer went through last night, figured out what was going on and fixed it in our plugin on your site. You may need to clear your cache to see it, but in our testing the issue appears to be resolved.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, comhlamh. Great question!
This looks like a classic case of your theme or one of your plugins conflicting with ours. sguilliard has a very good point about the priority of different elements. It may be a good idea to get in touch with your theme’s developer and ask him about it.
Let us know how it goes! 🙂
