Bummer about your trip. Hopefully, with scheduled airline service starting up in the fall, it’ll be easier for next year! Totally worth it!

KellyParticipantThis is the first version of v4 that I’m running, but now that you mention it, I don’t think v3 was working before I upgraded. That could be a clue.
I downgraded EBTix to 4.1 and saw no change in behavior.
I am running TEC (not Pro), so I don’t have a copy of 4.1 to revert to. Can you share a link to that?
Unfortunately, this is not my full-time gig, so I don’t have a ton of time to help troubleshoot. I’m happy to do what I can to help get to the bottom of it though!

Unfortunately, there isn’t any holiday boilerplate, largely because we’ve designed TEC with an international audience in mind, and holidays are not universal.
It would certainly be possible to set up a CSV file with holidays as events and then export/import using our CSV importer. That would probably make things a bit easier for you.

To remove the โYouโll receive your tickets in another emailโ from the WooCommerce emails, you’ll need to edit the file classes/class-wootickets.php in the wootickets folder. You’ll find the message on line 279.

This is because the list and month view use the post Excerpt rather than the post Content for their display. On the other hand, featured images should always show up in both views, in both versions.
For more in-depth support, your best bet is to buy a copy of the PRO add-on. We’re happy to help with display issues. Hopefully, that’s enough to get you pointed in the right direction. ๐
