Licence key out of installs

    I have a valid licence for the PRO version and the licence is shown as expiring on 9 October 2014. On my WordPress site the licence key is shown as out of installs so I am unable to update to the latest version. Please advise how to proceed.

    Hi mikejd,

    Is it possible that you have the license key already registered to another site? That is often the cause of the “Out of Installs” error. You can check what site the license is currently registered to under Account Central –> License Keys on tri.be.

    We have a tutorial on how to disconnect and move a license key here. That will hopefully help you out, but let me know if not.
