ParticipantHi, dragonflyarts. I definitely see what you’re referring to. How frustrating!
I notice that you mention that you tested with a default WP theme. Did you see the same behavior then?
I’m guessing this has something to do with your theme’s menu bar. Have you had a chance to ask your theme developer about it?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, mossy1580. Interesting. How have you configured your site to use HTTPS?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brendan. Excellent question! π
Once a ticketing add-on is installed it overrides the old TEC cost field. We’ve made a tutorial for how to get the ticket pricing for WooCommerce Tickets (https://theeventscalendar.com/filtering-tec-to-show-prices-from-woocommerce-tickets/), but yours is the first request we’ve had from an Eventbrite Tickets user.
I expect we could put together a tutorial for you, but it isn’t likely to be instant. I’m sorry that I don’t have a quick fix to offer. I’ll be back in touch once I have some more help for you.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, again! I’m not sure exactly what you mean by vouchers. Would you mind sending a link to one on eventbrite.com?
As far as getting them into TEC, have you tried importing one on the voucher events from Eventbrite? If so, how did they appear on your site?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, pknvelp. That was just what I was looking for. Thanks! π
I was able to enter and save your key using that login. I then logged out and logged back in and the key was still there.
Would you mind checking to confirm that you see it in place? π
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brendan. This definitely sounds fishy. Would you mind sending me a link to the site so that I could see the behavior?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantThat sounds like a great workaround. Nicely done, Marcus! π
Also, if you have a few minutes and would like to request this behavior as a feature, we’d be grateful if you would suggest it on our User Voice page: https://tribe.uservoice.com/
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, inretromagazine. I’m very sorry to hear that. Would you mind starting your own thread so that we can walk through the troubleshooting steps with you?
Thanks! π

ParticipantThat’s great news, grahamharper. Thanks for letting us know! π
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Marcus. Great question! π
The quick answer is that it’s tricky but not impossible depending on your fluency with the WooCommerce codebase. The most straightforward way would probably be to use a plugin like this one:
http://ignitewoo.com/woocommerce-extensions-plugins/woocommerce-scheduled-sales/
and then use the settings panel to hook into that.
It would be a good idea to get in touch with the plugin developer if you have any questions whether it will be the right solution for you.
Good luck! π

ParticipantHi, Paul. I’m sorry for your frustration. It sounds like you’ve spent a lot of time on this, and I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
I need to direct your attention to the WooCommerce Tickets product page. Please note this particular piece under the Roadmap section (in bold):
Weβre actively working on our ticketing solution. Right now, recurring events are not supported, and attempting to set up tickets on a recurrence pattern will not work. Weβre working on this for the next major release, since we realize itβs in high demand, and will update this page at that point.
I’m not sure how you were lead to believe that this would work, but I apologize if it’s our error. If you wouldn’t mind pointing me to the document, I’ll make sure it’s corrected so that this doesn’t happen again in the future.
Thanks, Paul!
