    You’re right – a related but separate issue was fixed instead. We’re really sorry for the confusion and have placed this back on the team’s radar.

    Hi there Gergo,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Event Aggregator can be used to import events from one site to another and this is true even within a multisite network, so long as the individual sites are publicly accessible.

    Perhaps this would give you a means of sharing events across your network? When you buy Event Aggregator you will be given a license key you can add within the settings screen for The Events Calendar – no additional plugins are needed.

    How does that sound?

    Hi Sergii,

    Thanks for considering our plugins for your project 🙂

    1. I need to create two types – common users and organizer.
    First type need to see all events, his booked events, his history ect, second type need to have his own account with his managing events.

    Events Calendar PRO does not offer this, but it sounds like Community Events might meet your needs:

    • It allows you to accept new events from other users
    • You can leave this open to everyone, or restrict access to logged in users
    • The site administrator will be able to review and edit any events that are submitted

    So, perhaps not quite what you’re asking for but pretty close and it’s possible you could use this as a foundation or starting point upon which you could apply further tweaks and adjustments.

    Payment:
    1. I need add some optional products to each event (for example if user wants, he can buy T-shirt or some services) and pay in one transaction.
    2. Each organizer can create some sales-codes for some events.

    It could be worth exploring a combination of the following plugins:

    Combined, they allow other users to submit events and sell tickets – you can even split the payments and keep part of the ticket sale, passing the rest to the organizer.

    Adding up-sells such as t-shirts would also be possible but I do have to note that it is not something that is supported directly by our plugins.

    I hope that helps, but do let me know if I can answer anything else.

    You’re obviously very frustrated and I’m sorry about that — we’ll certainly give your feedback some thought and I appreciate you sharing it with us.

    As Courtney explained, the feature I believe you are looking for – creating a pay-wall for your event submission form – is not something we currently offer and that’s why it is not listed as a feature on any of our product pages.

    Additionally, whenever users ask about it here in the pre-sales forum I like to think we’re pretty clear about the fact our plugins do not offer this functionality and that we cannot guarantee when or if it will become available.

    If that doesn’t mesh with your existing project requirements then that’s unfortunate, but it does at least make your choice clear — you can switch to a different solution that does meet your needs, or you can investigate building a customization on top of our plugins that makes this possible (all of our plugins are crafted with plenty of hooks and other opportunities for customization for just this sort of reason).

    we’ll add it to the feature list because we are so selfish that the only way you’re going to do anything is through us

    That is not the case whatsoever: there is nothing to stop you or another developer from building this functionality if you wish to do so. Various theme and plugin developers have and continue to create new features and tweaks focused on our extending our plugins and we actively collaborate and help them as needed.

    though as if it will never come out just to satisfy the fanboys via a disorganized comments/support page that can barely login to their WordPress account let alone setup a business

    I’ll be honest, I’m struggling to fully comprehend this statement … but I think the big takeaway overall is that paid event submissions are something you need and you are unhappy with our progress in that area. That being the case, your points are noted and we’ve taken them onboard.

    Thanks again and I do wish you luck with your projects, whether or not you build them on top of our plugins or via a product offered by a different company.

    I don’t think there’s much more discussion to be had on this topic so I’m going to close it – but of course if either of you wish to follow up with questions about other specifics please feel free to create new threads as needed.

    Hi Francine,

    I’m sorry to hear that.

    Although we wouldn’t normally recommend leaving this enabled, I wonder if you could briefly turn on WP_DEBUG mode?

    This will expose some more detailed error messages we might be able to use here.

    Ah hah! There is a missing period: please edit your CSS and add a . character immediately before tribe-events-schedule … so that it looks like the following.

    #tribe-events-content .tribe-events-schedule > h2 {
        display: block !important;
    }

    Hi Nick,

    This is definitely a high priority for us and we’re really sorry for the disruption. A fix should be available very soon and we’ll drop an update in here once it’s available.

    Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

    Hi social-ink,

    There is a known conflict with Advanced Custom Fields and we have a fix in the works.

    Your note about Events Calendar PRO being relevant to this has me questioning if it is indeed the very same issue, but in the first instance I think it’s worth waiting and testing our next release to see if that helps to resolve this.

    I’ll link this topic to the matching report on our internal bug tracker and we’ll give you a heads up once the release is available.

    Hi Adam,

    You might find this plugin (which is unofficial and not something we offer support for) to be helpful.

    It adds an edit link to each row of the attendee screen and you can modify entries from there … would that work for you — or do you need something slighty different?

    Well, hopefully, things will be just fine (if you do get unexpected emails in the future please don’t hesitate to let us know, however).

    I’m not sure why there was another event agg license on there and expiring at that

    Probably because you have previously purchased Facebook Events: that plugin is no longer supported and when support ended we granted Event Aggregator licenses to all of our customers who still had valid Facebook Events license keys (and the expiry date of those automatically generated keys would have matched the expiry of your former Facebook Events license).

    At any rate, I think we’re good now and will go ahead and close this topic unless you have further questions 🙂

    Thanks Linda.

    It turns out that a number of other users have also highlighted similar problems relating to the same query (again, following an update to 4.4.19).

    We have a bug report filed and I’ll attach this topic so we can provide an update once a fix has been created.
