KeymasterHi Michael,
Sorry to hear about this issue with paging.
I have checked the URL you shared and was looking at some single event pages. The next and previous event links showed the proper ones, both for past and for future events as well.
Are you still having the issue or did you manage to fix it somehow?
Cheers,

KeymasterHi again,
You should be able to manually set the ticket SKUs when you are creating the ticket. Here’s a screenshot on where you can do this: https://cloudup.com/c-H4VXFz26c
Does this help?

KeymasterHi Math,
It is simply a check whether the URL is coming from a QR code or not. Based on that there are different redirects happening.
Hope this answers your question.

KeymasterPlease also share with me the URL you are trying to import and are having issues with. Thx!

KeymasterHello Chris,
Thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you get to the bottom of these issues.
1) For a few weeks now Event Aggregator doesn’t import new events anymore.
Please check two things here:
1) Open the scheduled import for editing and check if there is a date set as a starting date. (screenshot)
2) Go to Events > Settings > Import tab and check if and what import limits you have set up. (screenshot)
2) Under the section “Help” it says there would only be 1 out of 100 imports available today.
Could you please send me a screenshot of this?
In the meantime I will try to investigate this on our side as well.
Thanks!
Andras
March 21, 2018 at 2:46 am in reply to: IMAGE WIDGET NOT SHOWING UPLOADED PICTURE WHEN SUBMITTING EVENT #1484650Andras
KeymasterHello Josip,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about this issue with the image. I guess you are talking about the featured image of an event.
To be able to give you better support please share your system information with me.
Also make sure that you are using the latest versions of WordPress and our plugins.
Here are some questions to get us started:
- Can you upload featured images to posts or pages? Do they show up properly?
- If you go to the media library can you upload images there?
- Are you able to choose an image from the media library for the events? (Not upload them, just choose one.)
In some cases uploading an image can take longer. It depends on factors like your hosting setup, internet speed and the size of the image.
It would also be helpful if you could create a screen recording of what is happening.
Looking forward to helping you solve this.

KeymasterHallo Stephan, guten Morgen!
Those are really good and important questions with GDPR in sight.
None of our plugins transfer any user data to our servers. The data stays between your site and your visitors / users.
The only data we have access to is your system information (can be found under Events > Help), which contains information about your site and setup, but contains no information of any users.
The only occasion when we would get data of your users would be if we ask for a database dump for you for support purposes. Naturally in these cases we take utmost care and handle the full dump as sensitive data. We do not share it with any third parties and we delete our copy once it is no longer needed.
I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to know.
Grüsse,

KeymasterHello Blane,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about this issue with the attendee data.
I see that some of the plugins you use are quite outdated. I would like to ask you to update the plugins to the most recent versions and check if you are still experiencing the issue.
I would recommend that you test this on a staging site first, or do a full site backup before doing the update, just to be safe.
Let me know if the update fixes your problems.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Mathew, thanks for chiming in with that idea! Might work.
@Dan, unfortunately it is not possible to create a template override for general.php. You would need to make the change in the core file itself, but you would lose the changes when a plugin update comes.
Using the 2 filters Mathew referenced might do the trick though.
It is only possible to create overrides for the files that are in the src/views folder and its subfolders.

KeymasterHi wab,
Thanks for chiming in here and thank you for your feedback!
I’m sorry this is also affecting you, this is indeed a very sensitive issue.
I just pinged the developer assigned to the case to get an update. I will get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your support and patience!

KeymasterHi Claudia,
Sorry for the waiting time. We are getting a lot of support requests in our help desk at the moment, which get priority over customizations.
We will try to take a look at this as soon as we can.
Thanks for your patience.

AndrasMarch 20, 2018 at 2:03 pm in reply to: Translations for Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show and Print Tickets #1484367Andras
KeymasterHallo Ingo,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The version you are using is likely an older version, which in not yet translatable through a .po file unfortunately.
The only thing you can do is edit the code manually and change the texts to German.
Also, to make it open in a new window, you will likely need to edit this line in the code:
and change it like this:
Please note, I haven’t tested this and I don’t know what version you exactly have, so this is more a guideline.
Also note, there is already a newer version of the plugin. You can find it here if you want to try it. I suggest though to make a copy of your current one, in case that works out better for you. The translation in the new one is also not possible yet, but it is on our roadmap to make them translatable.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey wrcmc,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I think I will be able to help you out with this.
For the views (e.g. list view, month view) you could create template overrides and remove the sections that you do not want to show to the audience.
You can find more details on template overrides in our Themer’s Guide – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
You can remove the content, or you can implement some code found on the swpm docs page here.
I hope this can get you started. Let me know if you need further assistance.

KeymasterHello John,
Thanks for reaching out!
We have received reports of a similar bug. Do those tickets that produce the “insufficient stock” have shared capacity?
Could you share some screenshots with me on how those tickets are set up?
Do you have a URL where I could see this behavior?
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasMarch 20, 2018 at 4:52 am in reply to: Advanced Post Manager Filters not showing desired results #1483780Andras
KeymasterHi xen,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I just tested APM on my test site. I found that the start date filtering works without issue.
Also the ticket sales works, with a glitch. I have events on several pages. If the event with sales is on the third page, then first I need to apply the filter, then paginate to the third page. I’ll open a bugticket for this.
The other option would be to show more events in the list on one page. You can set this if you open the ‘screen options’ at the top right of the screen and set the number higher.
Can you possible do a screen recording about the date filtering issue so that I can see what’s happening there?
Thanks,
Andras -
