Not importing new events (url import)

    Hi,

    I actually have two problems:

    1) For a few weeks now Event Aggregator doesn’t import new events anymore. It’s a scheduled import via an other URL. The case is, we configure events on site abc.com, set them as drafts first. When we are finished with the content of each event we publish this event and want it now to be imported to site xyz.com, where we have the Event Aggregator installed. It worked properly, we didn’t change anything in our infrastructure but now it’s somehow broken.

    2) Under the section “Help” it says there would only be 1 out of 100 imports available today. The progress-tab under “Import” says there were no imports today – seems to be anything wrong?

    Hello Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you get to the bottom of these issues.

    1) For a few weeks now Event Aggregator doesn’t import new events anymore.

    Please check two things here:

    1) Open the scheduled import for editing and check if there is a date set as a starting date. (screenshot)

    2) Go to Events > Settings > Import tab and check if and what import limits you have set up. (screenshot)

    2) Under the section “Help” it says there would only be 1 out of 100 imports available today.

    Could you please send me a screenshot of this?

    In the meantime I will try to investigate this on our side as well.

    Hey,

    Thanks for your response, however I have solved the issue. I just deleted this scheduled import and set up a new one with the same settings, now it works.

    Sorry for being too fast opening this thread, but nevertheless I find it strange that the import just stopped without giving any notice.
