KeymasterHi Chris,
Could you please share the url of the feed where you are importing from? I would be interested in the one where the venue with the issue is present. I would like to run some tests.
If you have more, that’s better. In this case let me know which are the ones with the issue.
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterSure thing.
Hang in there, we almost got this.

KeymasterJohn, thanks for sharing those screenshots, they are really helpful.
Indeed, this seems to be the bug we have on hand.
Until the fix arrives what you can try to do is set a very high independent capacity for the tickets. Then the error message shouldn’t appear. (Screenshot)
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi StΓ©phane,
Again, I’m really sorry about this issue. Our developers are working on a fix which is currently undergoing tests. If it passes, then the fix will be released next week.
To avoid issues like this in the future we usually recommend our users to first run and test a plugin upgrade on a staging / test site. That can already reveal issues like this and a live / production site will not be affected.
I’m not sure why the fatal error happened. After deactivating which plugin did this happen? Do you maybe have some screenshots or messages on what the fatal was? Might help us track down other issues.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Tracie,
Thanks for reaching out!
Try correcting the situation based on the error message you get when you hover over the exclamation mark. I believe you will need to manually adjust the stock of the WooCommerce product part of the ticket(s).
Once that is done please still check if you are still having miscalculations.
Let me know how that works out.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
For the shortcode to work you need the following things:
- Events Calendar PRO activated
- Use straight quotes (‘) in the shortcode. Curly quotes (` or Β΄ or similar) will break it
First try using only the plain shortcode:
[tribe_mini_calendar]If that works, then take the next step and add a filter:
[tribe_mini_calendar count='0']Does this do the trick?

KeymasterHi Ulf,
Yes, as you can also see on the known issues page, it has been fixed on February 16, 2018.
So there shouldn’t be any disappearing events anymore when running an update.
Nonetheless it is always recommended to test the updates first on a staging site, or at least create a full backup of your site before updating.
If there’s anything else you need help with, let me know.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Arnau,
Not quite sure what is happening here.
Is the event in the same language as the menu you are trying to add it to?
Is the event Published or Draft?
Is it a Duplicate of the original language or translated separately?
Could you possibly do a screen recording so I can see what you are doing and what is happening?
Thanks!

KeymasterHello there,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I have checked your site, navigated back and forth, switched between views several times… so far everything worked well.
What might happen is the caching plugin somehow intervenes and serves an empty page somehow.
If you keep hitting the issue, then try switching off the caching plugin for some time (or exclude the calendar pages) and see if that solves it.
I’ll be here if you need further help.
Cheers,
