Other Attendee Data Returns 0, No DB Record

We have had multiple events now that have failed to save additional attendee data, therefor returns “0” under “other attendee data” in the backend. For each occurrence of missing data, it appears that the record under postmeta for _tribe_tickets_meta was never created. Has anyone else seen this behavior? It appears to be having at random with no error provided on screen or otherwise. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about this issue with the attendee data.

I see that some of the plugins you use are quite outdated. I would like to ask you to update the plugins to the most recent versions and check if you are still experiencing the issue.

I would recommend that you test this on a staging site first, or do a full site backup before doing the update, just to be safe.
