KeymasterHello Robert,
It looks like we have a bug here. If you put the names of the organizers in the column, then it doesn’t want to import them, I can confirm that. I will open an internal bug ticket to get this fixed.
Good news is, it works perfectly if you use the Organizer IDs. Just change the names to the IDs and it should import fine.
Please check and let me know your results.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Robert,
I see where you are coming from. We might have a bug here. Please give me some time to investigate and I’ll get back to you on this asap.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Hanna,
I guess it could be done via a plugin, but would take much more unneeded work.
It is best doing it as a template override in your child theme’s directory – sorry for not specifying that earlier.
So this is what you will need to do:
- Get a copy of the wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\views\modules\meta\organizer.php file
- Copy it to wp-content\themes\{your-child-theme}\tribe-events\modules\meta\organizer.php (If the directories don’t exist then you will need to create them.)
- Edit the copied file and do the changes outlined above / below (corrected code)
I realized that the code I pasted in above had errors, so let me put it here again properly:
Looking forward to hear the results!

KeymasterHallo nochmal,
I’m happy to hear that the theme developer keeps the theme up to date. Lot of them don’t do so that is definitely a good point for them.
The three fields are not there, because they are not coded into our micro-formats – whatever still exists of them. And I’m not sure how important the author and the time of update is in terms of an event. π
Anyway, if you want to make those error messages go away, then you will need to do some template customization. You can find some info on how to do that here:

KeymasterHey Jeff,
Glad to hear this got resolved.
Note, there is also a option for making the ticket orders automatically completed after purchase. You can find it under Events > Settings > Tickets tab > WooCommerce support section
I’m going to close this thread now. If you have any other questions or issues arising, don’t hesitate to open a new ticket. We’ll be here. π

KeymasterHello Heather,
Thanks for getting back to me on that.
This might be a legit issue. In order to investigate, could you share with us a database dump?
I believe as long as you don’t see any issues on your website, it shouldn’t be a big problem for the time being. But we’ll look into it. I ask for your patience (and your database dump π ).
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Jackie,
I’m sorry we haven’t been able to find the source of this issue yet, but I’m glad to hear it’s been working recently well.
I don’t know that plugin (yet π ) give it a try, maybe that will eliminate this issue.
I’m going to close this thread for now. In case you discover that the issue persists, then we might be having a serious bug. In this case please open a new thread and reference this one, so we have as much information as possible. Thanks!
And of course, if you have any other questions or issues, the forums and our support team are waiting for you! π

KeymasterGrΓΌss dich,
I checked with the team on this issue. In our plugins we abandoned micro-formats to embrace JSON-LD, which is more future-proof. It’s being championed by Google and is supported by both Google & Bing. So if you are testing for micro-formats, you are not going to get a great result.
There might be some css classes left from the micro-formats, but they are there for styling purposes only.
To minimize the problems you could check if your theme has some template overrides of The Events Calendar files, which might be outdated, and refresh those.
Let me know if this helps.

KeymasterHello Dien,
I’m sorry you are having this issue. Let me help you out here.
Based on your system information I see that you are using older versions of our plugins. I would recommend you to update to the latest versions. Also check your other plugins and your theme if they have an update. A lot of bugs are being fixed with every release, and we usually support only the last version of our plugins.
If you are still experiencing the issue after the update, then please switch your theme to a default one like twentysixteen. Check if the issue still exists and let me know the result.
If the issue still exists with a default theme, then I would like to ask you to run a test for conflicting plugins based on this handy guide here:
Let me know how that works out and we take it from there.
Thanks and cheers,
