    Hey Eric,

    Thanksf for reaching out, good question!

    When deleting an order, you will need to manually adjust your stock back to the wished value. Though I don’t know what ecommerce platform you are using, I know that this is also the case when you delete an order of a general product from WooCommerce.

    Thanks for using our plugins! I’m sorry you are having an issue with exporting the attendee list. Let me help you out with this.

    To be able to fully support you, could you please share your system information with me in a private reply?
    Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:

    Also, please make sure that your Modern Tribe plugins are all up to date. It’s even better if all your other plugins and WordPress are their most recent versions.

    Please run a test for conflicting plugins based on this guide to help eliminate any issues that can arise from a badly coded plugin or a custom code in your functions.php file. Check if the issue still exists.

    If you are still having the issue, then please send me the following so I can take a look:

    • a screenshot of how the event and the ticket for the event is set up
    • a screenshot of the attendee list in the backend, possibly with 1-2 open to see the collected attendee information

    I think that’s it for a start. I’ll be waiting for your feedback and we’ll take it from there.

    Ok, I checked your feed with the updated plugin and setting up a 5-miunte recurring import and managed to reproduce the issue.

    There is a setting, which you can click to overwrite existing events. Can you confirm, that when you switch that on to overwrite, it is still producing a new instance of the imported events?

    Please also make sure the all your other Modern Tribe plugins are updated to the latest version.

    Hi Tiffany,

    I’m sorry for not being totally clear on this. :blush:

    Actually both bugs have been flagged and the team is working on the fixes.

    For the attendee information there is a workaround for now in the form of this plugin:

    Please try this, though yesterday a client reported back that he couldn’t activate the plugin. (The fix for that is also in the works. 🙂 )

    Hi Carla,

    I’m happy it fixed the issue of importing on the same date.

    Do I understand correctly that now they import every 30 minutes and new instances are created for all the imported events?

    Entschuldige, das ist mein Fehler, ich habe die Frage misverstanden.

    CSV-Datei import wird erreichbar sein ohne Lizenz, und ist nicht limitiert – wie jetzt mit The Events Calendar.

    Importing von Feeds wie Facebook, Google Calender und andere iCal Feeds wird auf 100 imports begrenzt, aber ohne Event limit. Also du kannst ein Feed mit 10.000 Events importieren, 100-mal am Tag. Dann musst du bis nächsten Tag warten. Das bedeutet dass du einen Feed alle 15 Minuten importieren kannst ohne Begrenzung.

    Ich hoffe, hiermit etwas weitere Klarheit geschaffen zu haben.

    Hallo Lars, wir können auf Deutsch bleiben. Wenn ich was nicht verstehe oder nicht sagen kann, dann werde ich fragen oder auf English sagen. 🙂

    Leider sind wir nicht wirklich eraubt (based on policy) in Webseiten enzuloggen, aber danke für die Offerte.

    Ich weiss nicht ob bei Facebook API was geändert wurde, ich denke nicht. Wir haben keine andere Meldungen bekommen.

    Konntest du mit Purge alle Events entfernen? Und danach geht das Wieder-Importieren nicht?

    Hey Yu Cheng,

    I’m sorry to hear about that. I tried the plugin myself on a local install with only the bare minimum plugins (obviously The Events Calendar and Event Tickets / ET+) and it activated just fine.

    Where exactly do you get the fatal? On activation, or accessing some page?

    I’ll check with the developers to see if they can fix this.
