    Hi,

    We were doing some ticket test earlier and was able to successfully do the test but only on Test Mode purchase.
    When we disabled the test mode, we were getting the error saying he was a returning customer and require us to login. Unfortunately, we do not know the login. Are we supposed to get a login access via email after our test purchase? Also, we were trying to do the test on a different browser but we were getting the same issue. Is it because we are using same computer or IP that it won’t allow us to do a ticket purchase for another person? If so, how to disable such setting so that we can do multiple tests on the same computer or at least different browser should work.

    Also, can you please explain what you exactly mean by “do the test […] on Test Mode purchase”? Where do you switch on the Test Mode?
