KeymasterHey Mike,
Great question. I’m not that technical myself, so please give me some time until I get some information from the dev team. Hang in there.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Pascal,
Sorry about missing the button part.
I believe this article will help you with that:
As for the developers you can try these guys:

KeymasterHello John,
Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry you are seeing those log entries. Let’s try to get to the bottom of this, shall we?
I checked your site and it seemed pretty OK for me, but I might have gotten only lucky.
To be able to find the source of the issue I’d like to ask a couple questions:
Have you noticed a correlation between the slowdowns and specific activities? For example, it would be interesting to know if the problems are specific to one or more views, or following the application of certain filters.
Also I saw that you have quite the number of events in your calendar. I would like to recommend the following article to you as well:
Looking forward to solving this with you.

KeymasterHello David,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about the issue you are having.
I tested locally the latest version with Divi and both list view and day view work just as expected.
Could you switch on Divi on your dev site so I can take a look?
Also a note, that if all goes according to plan then we are going to ship the next maintenance release in 1-2 days, which should fix the fatal issues. You also might want to wait for that.
Nonetheless let me know if you switch on Divi and I take a look.

KeymasterHello Vova,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar and for reaching out!
Here on the pre-sales forum, Iām afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum ā our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

Thanks again!

KeymasterHello Stuart,
Thanks for reaching out! What a great question you have there! I guess this has some people wondering too.
. staging, .test and .dev are top level domains which are not for sale. (I believe .dev is available for pre-registration at some places.)
This is more if you set up a local environment on your PC and set it up to be accessible under the domain mypc.dev (or whateverdomain.dev). In a windows PC you usually do that in your hosts file.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

KeymasterHello TJ,
Thanks for going Pro and for reaching out!
So if I understand correctly, in the event descriptions you are adding shortcodes from the Enfold theme. With events created earlier this was fine, but newly created events show the shortcode and not the expected content. Did I get that right?
As a first I would check in the event description whether the shortcodes are put in properly. Switch the editor window to text mode and check if the shortcode is proper there, plus check if you are using straight quotes vs. curly ones. Usually only the straight quotes work.
Let me know if you find anything.

KeymasterHello Scott,
Thanks for getting in touch and for sharing your solution for this issue!
This is awesome and it’s much appreciated!
It makes a lot of sense and I will definitely forward this idea to our developers for consideration.

KeymasterHi atoohill,
Thanks for reaching out!
Though we are limited on supporting customizations I will try to give a quick look.
Need to clarify something first. You only want to remove it from single event pages? Or from all the pages and views?
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHello Tashmina Artists,
Thanks for reaching out! That is a great request.
Just to be totally sure and clear on this, you would like to be able to import the event status of “featured”, right? (And not the featured image.)
Thanks for clarifying!

KeymasterHi Erik,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and I’m sorry about this issue you are having with the order of events.
I see you are using the Post Types Order. As a first I would try what happens if you deactivate that. Does that fix it?
If that doesn’t help, the next step would be switching to a default theme like twentysixteen (and leave Post Types Order deactivated) and check if you are still having the issue. With this we can eliminate a theme conflict.
If the issue is still there, then I recommend running full test for conflicts based on this guide, and let me know the results.
If the issue is still there after these, then we will need to dig further.
Eagerly waiting to hear what you find!

KeymasterHi Adage,
Thanks for reaching out!
Just as my esteemed colleague, Barry pointed it out, at the moment that is not a feature.
As a workaround you could use category for doing that. Create categories for the venues and organizers (e.g. venue-new-york, venue-boston, organizer-john, organizer-jerry, etc.) Obviously if you have a lot of events, venues, organizers that will be a bit time consuming. Nonetheless it is an option.
Let me know if this helps in any way.

KeymasterHello Pascal,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry that you had to wait so long for the first answer.
To set your expectations right, we do strive to provide an answer within 24 hours or working days, and we promise that you will definitely get one within 48 hours (also on working days). (You can read more in detail about what we provide for license holders here.)
You have a great question there, thanks for posting it.
It is quite a complex task and while it should be doable it would take knowledge in php, css, and html to do it. I am able to answer some questions to help you get started on a customization, but for the most part that is beyond the support we can provide.
With a template override you could achieve that the maximum value for a ticket amount selector is 1, so nobody could add more than 1 ticket of a ticket type to the cart.
As for limiting it to max. 4, I believe you could use javascript and / or jQuery to check how many tickets are selected in total, and if it reaches 4, then it disables the quantity selectors that have a value of 0. Once it goes back to 3 it could re-enable them.
Does this help to get you started? Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
In case you would like to hire a developer I can share with you a list of devs from the community who might be able to help you out. We ourselves don’t take requests like that, sorry.
Cheers,
