KeymasterYeah, something IS supposed to happen.
After you select the source, the “Import type” box should appear. Once you make a selection there you should get a chance to enter the “URL”, like on this screenshot.
Could you please go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings any results?
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHappy to help, Chris.
It might be possible to add it later. If that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

KeymasterHey Lauren,
Happy to hear the cache issue got resolved. Yes indeed, sometimes minifying does more damage then help, unfortunately. I’ve seen it with other plugins as well.
I have checked your calendar on my mobile phone and it properly shows me the date view. Might be you need to clear the browser cache on your mobile.
I you are looking at it on your PC with the browser window set to responsive / mobile view, then you still might not get the mobile version of your page. Your PC might not be disguising itself fully as a mobile phone.
Same goes for tablet, there you will likely see the full version of the calendar.
Does the clearing of the cache on your mobile help?

KeymasterHi Sandra,
We don’t have a try-before-buy option, however we have a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. 🙂 You purchase the plugins and if you decide in 30 days that it’s not good for you at all, then you will be refunded.
Here you can find all the details of our refund policy.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Cheers,

KeymasterThanks for sharing that Michael!
Sorry for asking more questions, but this is a new scenario so we need to dig a bit.
The events disconnecting is definitely unexpected. They should stay connected as each others translations.
You defined ‘lang.php’ in the Language URL format setting. Where is that file located and what is it’s content? Can you share that file with me?
Do you need to use a directory for the default language? It looks like that could be causing the issue.

KeymasterHello Matthias,
Thanks for pinging me. I checked the status of the ticket for you.
A developer has already started working on a fix for this issue and it also needs some work outside the plugin code.
Are the organizers not imported at all?
I have checked my test import of your feed and it looks like the organizer “Evangelische Akademie Thüringen” was imported, but it was not connected to the events.
Can you check if that’s the same for you?
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterStoked to hear it has helped!
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.

KeymasterHey Joffrey,
Any idea if moving/refunding/switching might be in the works, eventhough not a typical scenario? its very common for us, may not be for others!
The basics of this are already in place, you can move, refund, switch a ticket.
If you are referring to the automatic stock adjustment when tickets are being moved / refunded / switched, there is something in the works – cooking hot atm. If all goes according to plan it will be released this month.
In order to set your expectations right, what is the exact functionality you are looking for? I just want to make sure that you don’t expect something that is not coming.

KeymasterHello again Derek,
Sorry that this is still happening. Do you know when those queries are run that cause this error? Is it when you are creating a new event? Creating a recurring event? Modifying an event? Selling a ticket?
Can you paste in or share some of the error lines so we can check what is the exact query that is running?
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Running Man, 🙂
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out! Let me try to help you with this one.
Indeed, when you enter the license keys, the green success message appears and then you hit the ‘save’ button, your license keys should be saved and the Event Aggregator import sources should be accessible.
Sometimes a little time needs to pass after entering the license key to make them available. We are looking into why this is happening.
I have tested your license key on my test site and it worked.
Please check if anything has changed since yesterday and let me know.
If you still have issues then try disconnecting your license key from the site and enter it again. This article has info on how you can disconnect your key.
Let me know what you find. We’ll get this sorted.

KeymasterHello Kandace,
Thanks for using our plugins and for getting in touch with us.
For the time being the layout what you see is the only one that comes with the EventBrite plugin.
It is possible to do a different layout. For that you can create template overrides and create the design that best suites your needs.
Our Themer’s Guide can get you started on doing template overrides.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Robert,
Thanks for reaching out!
Probably the best way doing this would be via a template override. You can find more details on this in our Themer’s Guide.
I believe you will need to adjust this file:
wp-content\plugins\event-tickets-plus\src\views\wootickets\tickets.php
Starting around line 67.
Let me know if this gets you started.

KeymasterHi Sandra,
Thanks for your great question!
I guess that is possible, totally up to you. 🙂
The question is how you would like to execute that.
You can simply use the free version of The Events Calendar which will let you show a price for an event, but there is no ecommerce behind it, so you are not able to sell tickets.
The fee Event Tickets will allow you to collect registrations and email addresses from the users.
If you would like to properly sell tickets, then you will need Event Tickets Plus and an eCommerce platform, WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
I know that in WooCommerce you do have the option to set up check payments or cash on delivery or bank transfer. With bank transfer for example you can “sell” the ticket, the user can receive it, incl the bank details, and the order will still stay “pending”.
Then the user can do the bank transfer after the events have passed and you can set the order to completed.
Would this work for you?
Let me know if you have any more questions.

KeymasterHello J.
Thanks for reaching out.
We cannot take on customization gigs like that ourselves, but I can share with you a list of developers from the community who are not affiliated with us. They might be able to help you.
Also I will leave this topic open for now for the community, maybe someone will get in touch with you.
Good luck with your project!

KeymasterHello Chris,
Thanks for reaching out!
It looks like the community add page uses a different template. This is likely influenced by the theme you are using.
What you can try is the following: go to Events > Settings > Display tab and change the ‘Events Template’ setting to the other option an check if that helps.
Here’s a screenshot on that setting.
Let me know how that works out.
Cheers,
