ParticipantWe have a problem on mobile view where the Display Setting: Day is not being honored when the page loads on mobile. It is still trying to render Month, the setting for the desktop view.
In addition, not all the JS/CSS is being loaded for the main calendar page. This only occurs on mobile.
It manifests itself as incorrectly displayed search/menu bar at the top, and the Events Search Bar is incorrectly displayed. Once we put parameters, even one is enough, like ?tribe-bar-date on the end of the url on mobile, suddenly the page renders correctly.
Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

KeymasterHi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see you are using a caching plugin. As a first test please clear your cache, deactivate WP Rocket and check if the issue still exists.
Let me know what this brings.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Andras, I already tried disabling WP Rocket. There was an issue with minifying JS, but I have already turned that off. The calendar can now be viewed properly on mobile, but it still doesn’t default to “day” like I have it set for mobile. It is defaulting to “month” just like desktop. Can you help so the mobile default page setting works correctly?
Thank you,

KeymasterHey Lauren,
Happy to hear the cache issue got resolved. Yes indeed, sometimes minifying does more damage then help, unfortunately. I’ve seen it with other plugins as well.
I have checked your calendar on my mobile phone and it properly shows me the date view. Might be you need to clear the browser cache on your mobile.
I you are looking at it on your PC with the browser window set to responsive / mobile view, then you still might not get the mobile version of your page. Your PC might not be disguising itself fully as a mobile phone.
Same goes for tablet, there you will likely see the full version of the calendar.
Does the clearing of the cache on your mobile help?
