KeymasterHello Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If you are going to use WP multisite we do offer multisite licenses for our products, so in this case that would be the best choice.
If you go without multisite, then probably one business license (3 sites) and one personal (1 site) is the way to go.
I would also like to draw your attention to our nonprofit program for Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if this answers your question or if you have more. 🙂

KeymasterHi tribedude,
You posted a great question! Let me help you with that.
I see you have used the “Add HTML before event content” box to add the button. This will insert the button on all the pages.
What you can do is you can hide the button on the events submission form with CSS so it will not be visible. Probably this is the easiest and fastest solution.
I couldn’t access you site now due to some database error. Once you manage to get it back up I can help you with the css if needed, just let me know.

KeymasterHi Felix,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
That is not possible out of the box. I will need to check around a bit if that could be done with a snippet or something. Please give me a day or 2 and I’ll get back to you. Thanks for hanging in there.

KeymasterHi Maurice,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Wow, that is an unusual issue. I just tested this and for me the links and the attendees still show up for a past event.
Is it possible that the event where the links don’t show up were created with an earlier version of the plugin? (This is only a hunch, still, it shouldn’t be happening.)
Would you be able to share with me a full database dump / export of your site? I would like to fire it up so I can dig in it a bit.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m so sorry you are experiencing issues with our plugins and especially with importing. Let me try to help you get this under control.
On the daily limit error, do you get that continuously every day even without running imports?
If you go to the Events > Settings > License tab do you see a green notification that your Event Aggregator license is valid?
Did you try removing the scheduled imports, deleting the imported events (including removing them from the ignored list) and setting them up again? Do you still get errors?
Until you get back to me I will also try to check if something is happening on our end.
A note on the imports: I see you are running them every 30 minutes. If an import is not finished yet when a new instance of the import is triggered, then the new import will fail. So if an import has a lot of events in it, then it is better to get them imported less frequently.

KeymasterHello Becky,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry about this 502 issue. Let’s try to fix that.
The “502 Bad Gateway error” usually means that the server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server. This usually has something to do with the server where your website is located, or another server used at your hosting provider where the data goes through.
Try to test deleting some regular posts or pages. Do you get the same?
Can you send me a screenshot of the error?
This article contains a thorough explanation on what this is and also has a section on what you can do to fix it.
I hope this will help. Let me know how far you get.

KeymasterThat’s great news, happy to hear most of the things show now.
Did you manage to get that Jan 7-20 event to show?
Is there anything else related to this topic or can we mark this resolved?

KeymasterHi allegrafalsecreek,
I’m really sorry, that was an oversight from my side.
Here is the snippet that will help you with the page titles easily. It also allows you to change / remove the divider character.

Let me know if this does the trick.

KeymasterHi Marco,
Two things I noticed here.
When you deleted all imported events, did you also remove them from the ignored list? (screenshot)
The null in the code must not be in quotes, rather like this:
# Set the first param to null to operate on all import sourcesUpdate the second param to the desired timezone (it must be
a valid timezone supported and understood by your PHP runtime)
modify_imported_event_timezones(
null,
'America/New_York'
);Try this and let me know if that does the trick.

KeymasterHi Preben,
Thanks for the clarifications.
I have found that it works with rsvp but not when the tickets are purchased via woocommerce.
I have checked this feature with the default twentyseventeen theme and with that I don’t see the names for the RSVPs either. My hunch is this is a custom implementation in your theme, either with a snippet in your functions.php or through a template override.
Events created during the period 26 June to 18 November do not show participants on frontend.
That is unusual. Do the participants show up on the backend if you go to the attendees list?
I’d be happy to look at this deeper. Could you share with me a full database dump and the contents of your “wp-content” folder zipped up? I can then fire it up on my computer and check around, to see if I can find something. (The ‘uploads’ folder is not really needed.)
If you can share those I can take a look at the first one as well.
Relating to. screenshot…
Sorry, I missed it. Thank you!

KeymasterHi Noah,
Thanks for checking that, and I’m happy to hear that fixed it for now.
The bug we have on file is exactly about this issue, and a fix is already being developed, so I will not need your system information after all.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi,
To be able to investigate the event duplication issue I would like to ask for the following things:
- your (client’s) system information
- the url to the feed you are importing which has issues
Thanks,
Andras -
