    Hello David,

    Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry about this issue.

    Also thanks for checking the “share information” box. Somehow the full system information didn’t come through. Could you please copy the full system information on the Events > Help page (screenshot) and paste it in a private reply here? That would be much appreciated.

    If I understand correctly, then you have

    • The Events Calendar
    • Event Tickets
    • Event Tickets Plus
    • WooCommerce

    installed and activated, and when you create an event you can add an RSVP but you cannot add a ticket / the “+ new ticket” button is missing. (screenshot) Is that about right?

    To get started, please make sure that you have all the latest versions of the above plugins.

    It would be also great if you could go through our conflict testing guide and see if that uncovers anything.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for sharing that system information.

    I see that you are using Event Tickets Plus 4.5.6 which is an older version. This could cause glitches like the one you are experiencing. The current version is 4.6.2.

    Please update that plugin too. In case you don’t see a notification for an automatic update, then you can download the plugin from your account and update it manually.

    Let me know if you still experience the problem after this.

    Hi Andras.
    This is tremendous!! The previous way of selecting tickets/RSVPs was radio buttons so this must be new to this latest updates. This is very nice. The only piece I didn’t understand was how to get a list of attendees. Is this still an options?
