MemberHi Richard!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on Event Aggregator users.
As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ We will keep you updated as the situation develops.
We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi!
Thanks for following up an for sharing your system information.
I am able to import events from that Facebook page in my own installation. Do you see the imported events showing up in your WP Admin ?
This could be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Thanks,

MemberHi Carolyn!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Brenda!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, we are already aware of this issue that prevents importing single events from Facebook. Our developers are already working on a fix.

MemberHi Gaetano!
I’m sorry to hear you are receiving those errors.
Unfortunately, we are aware of an issue with imports coming from Facebook when importing using the single event ID. Our developers are already working on a fix.
Could you please confirm your failed imports are only for single event URLs?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Kathy!
I’m sorry to see you are having issues with the inventory. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, could you please share with us a screenshot, in a private reply if you’d like, of the ticket editor in the WP Admin, while editing that specific ticket? Also, please send us one screenshot of Ticket Editor Settings (the panel that shows up when clicking the Settings button)
By having a look at those screenshots I will try to see if there is anything that would indicate an error and try to reproduce the same on my end.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Simone!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that issue.
Having a closer inspection to your site I can see there are some styles coming from your theme that are conflicting with our plugins.
In the following screenshot you can see the style that makes the dropdown menu to not display:

To confirm this, you can switch to a default theme, like twenty seventeen, and see if it shows correctly.
I’d suggest you get in touch with the theme authors to see if they can help you with this problem.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this issue.
I’ve just checked your license and it seems there are successful import records for the Facebook URL > https://www.facebook.com/BPIThaiMassageSchool/
Could you please let me know if you are getting an error on your end? If so, please share a screenshot of the error you are getting.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
