MemberHi Gaetano!
Thanks for checking that out.
I could not find any error reports from your imports on our Event Aggregator server. However, some of your imports might be empty as a result of the recent changes in the Facebook API.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on Event Aggregator users.
As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ We will keep you updated as the situation develops.
Could you please verify that your imports from Facebook pages do work on your end? If they do not, please try refreshing your Facebook connection by going to WP Admin > Events > APIs tab and see if any difference.
Let us know how that goes.

MemberHi Jacqui!
Thanks for chiming in here to share that snippet! 🙂
Marianne, you could try that snippet as an example and see if it works on your end.
Let us know if any follow up questions.

MemberHey there!
I’m truly sorry to hear you are experiencing those problems with your imports. I can totally understand your frustration with this.
We are here to help, so rest assured we’ll do our best to help you find the source of the problem.
First, regardless of the recent changes in the Facebook API, you should still be able to import from Facebook pages. I’ve just tried importing on my end and it works for me.
I’ve just checked your license import records and it seems the imports are running correctly and no errors are being reported.
Are you able to see the imported events on your WP Admin? If so, could you please verify the events statuses are set to Published?
What happens if you manually create an event? Does it show up in the calendar?
Additionally, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try to run the import and navigate to your calendar a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Alnis!
Thanks for checking that out.
It does seem strange that missing attendee information is happening for single ticket purchases.
This could be some conflict with a theme or plugin, but if you are unable to reproduce this yourself on your live site, then it will be hard to find the source of the problem testing for conflicts.
I’d suggest doing the following: Enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG. This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, wait until you get one ticket purchase with no attendee information. If there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Lisa!
Good to know you are already able to setup Eventbrite Tickets on your site.
Making edits in your event from the eventbrite.com site won’t update those changes into your site. To prevent any problems regarding your content, I’d recommend you make all your edits in your WordPress site, so that it updates the information in eventbrite.com
I hope that helps!
Please note, this topic if for pre-sales only. So, if you already have a license, please log into your account to have access to our premium help desk.
Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know.

MemberHi Kathy!
Thanks for following up.
Unfortunately, you can’t send us images with an email reply as it’s not supported by our forum.
You can do so by posting a reply using the frontend form, or by using a third party service like dropbox or Google drive and sending over the link.
Thanks,

MemberHi Marianne!
Thanks for getting in touch!
Each recurring event instance is a child post of the main recurring event you create.
By default, the JSON feed does not output any information that would indicate two or more events to be related to the same series of events.
You could, however, see if they are related by looking at the event URL. Every recurring event URL will have the date appended to it. For example yoursite.com/event/event-title-slug/2018-04-12/
Is it possible to get an URL (or just ID) to the single events of a series from any single event (within the JSON feed)?
I’m not exactly sure I understand what URL you are trying to get. Could you please give me an example?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Marianne!
I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve been dealing with a higher number of threads than usual, which caused us some delays.
First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. But, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
You seem to be on the right track with the ‘tribe_rest_events_archive_data’ filter. As a reference, you will find it in > https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/master/src/Tribe/REST/V1/Endpoints/Archive_Event.php#L176
There is an available endpoint for the REST API documentation at /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc You can use the Swagger editor to visualize it better > https://editor.swagger.io/
If you bump into an issue while using the filters available, please don’t hesitate to share the code and we’ll try to help as much as we can.

On the other hand, if you are having issues with your CSV imports, then please open a new topic about it so we can keep things separate, and share with us the CSV file (in a private reply if you’d like) so we can run some tests on our end.
Thanks,
