GuestHi! I’m trying to understand the synching/importing of ticket information between Eventbrite and our website.
Documentation is not clear to me but if you can send me a link, I’d be happy to view it.My questions are:
Is it a 1x synch at the time of event import?
Will saving the event (at any point in the process) import over next information (seat changes, event description).
Can a synch be managed at a different plug-in level? Aggregator? Thanks.

MemberHi Lisa!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Let me help you with each of your questions:
Is it a 1x synch at the time of event import?
Eventbrite Tickets allows you to import your Eventbrite events into your WordPress site. By setting up your Eventbrite API it will allow you to quickly create events on your WordPress site and associate them with tickets over on eventbrite.com
Will saving the event (at any point in the process) import over next information (seat changes, event description).
When you create an event in your WP site, you will have the option to register the event in Eventbrite. You will find more information on how this works in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-tickets-and-publishing-to-eventbrite/
Can a synch be managed at a different plug-in level? Aggregator?
Unfortunately, Event Aggregator does not allow imports from Eventbrite.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

GuestVictor, appreciate the quick reply. I have already set up the API, have imported EB events–>WP and exported out WP events–>EB. And read the documentation you provided, thanks. Sorry, still have questions.
Let’s talk about editing event content (whether on EB or WP) after it has been published/goes live.
If I make changes to ticket numbers, it carries over between both locations well (opens up the EB account since it’s managing the event).
However, updates to titles, descriptions, or date changes are not carrying back and forth EB to WP. Any thoughts?
At the very least, if I edit on EB, shouldn’t this content be pulled into the WP event? Thanks in advance.April 9, 2018 at 5:27 am #1500369Victor
MemberHi Lisa!
Good to know you are already able to setup Eventbrite Tickets on your site.
Making edits in your event from the eventbrite.com site won’t update those changes into your site. To prevent any problems regarding your content, I’d recommend you make all your edits in your WordPress site, so that it updates the information in eventbrite.com
I hope that helps!
