    Since i bought Event Aggregator never be able to import events from facebook to Event Aggregator

    I’ve just checked your license and it seems there are successful import records for the Facebook URL > https://www.facebook.com/BPIThaiMassageSchool/

    Could you please let me know if you are getting an error on your end? If so, please share a screenshot of the error you are getting.

    When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

    Hi Victor,
    Thank you for your reply. I checked (Yes, automatically share my system information with the Modern Tribe support team).

    Yes the import is successful, There is no error. But I don’t see any events from my facebook show up in the calendar.

    Also how can I remove the big search box on above the calendar.

    I am able to import events from that Facebook page in my own installation. Do you see the imported events showing up in your WP Admin ?

    This could be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.

    I have been trying I spend a lot of time trouble shoot try to get the plug in to work since I bought it on Feb but it still not work. Very frustrated it should not be so difficult. Can I please get partial refund? Im giving up.

    Thank you for letting me know about Facebook + Cambridge Analytica data scandal but I bought the Event Aggregator in Febuary, ways before the scandal. Please! at least make it works.

    Hey there!

    I’m truly sorry to hear you are experiencing those problems with your imports. I can totally understand your frustration with this.

    We are here to help, so rest assured we’ll do our best to help you find the source of the problem.

    First, regardless of the recent changes in the Facebook API, you should still be able to import from Facebook pages. I’ve just tried importing on my end and it works for me.

    I’ve just checked your license import records and it seems the imports are running correctly and no errors are being reported.

    Are you able to see the imported events on your WP Admin? If so, could you please verify the events statuses are set to Published?

    What happens if you manually create an event? Does it show up in the calendar?

    Additionally, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

    After that, try to run the import and navigate to your calendar a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.

    Please let us know about that.
