MemberHi Dan!
Glad to know you could narrow down the problem.
I’d suggest you get in touch with that plugin’s author to see if they can offer some insight on the issue.
I’m not sure exactly the plugin you are using as I’m not able to see your system information, but feel free to reach out to us if there’s anything on our end we can do to help.

MemberHi Jim!
Thanks for confirming that.
I’ll close this thread now, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.

MemberHola Diego!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you with this.
I can see you are probably using Yoast SEO in your site. If so, that’s why you are getting “Eventos archivo” as your title tag.
Let me point you to the following article about how to change the title tag when using Yoast >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/titles-in-yoast-seo/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions

MemberHi David!
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
Please note this forum is for pre-sales questions only. If you need help you can post in our free support forum > https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar or if you have a valid license for our plugins you will have access to premium support in our Help Desk.
However, let me help you a bit with your question.
Scheduling an event is basically the same as scheduling a regular WordPress post, so let me point you to the following article about it >Â https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/
Hope that helps 🙂

MemberHi Jennifer!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.
I can see you are using older versions of our plugins, so first please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins to see if any difference. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Joe!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugins! 🙂
Yes, it is possible. With Events Calendar PRO you can embed custom calendar views into a page or post using the tribe_events shortcode >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions

MemberHi Jami!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this issue.
I tried to reproduce the same issue on my end but I failed to do so.
I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Also, could you please check if there are any console errors showing up after creating the tickets. We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Please let us know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Matthew!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You should be able to import events from an Office 365 calendar if you can obtain a URL for the ICS file.
Let me point you to the following article on how to import events from an iCalendar >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/
As for the bundle license swap, that is totally possible.
Please note this is our Pre-sales forum, so if you need further assistance, please log into your license account and post to our premium Help Desk 🙂

MemberHi Juley!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you with that issue.
Could you please try re-sending the ticket emails by navigating to the edit order page and in Order Actions select Resend tickets email ? Does it work?
Also, do you recall making a change in your site (like a theme or plugin update) before you started experiencing this issue?
Additionally, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Dan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
First, I’m not able to see your system information, so please copy and paste it in a private reply so we can see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
I’ve just tested out the keyword search in your site and it works for me. Were you able to solve the issue? If not, please let me know the keyword you are trying to search for and what are the results on your end, so we can try to reproduce.
Also, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let me know about that.
Thanks,

MemberHi Anna!
Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I’m not really familiar with Ontraport, but let me point you the following extension that when activated, it adds event and attendee information to WooCommerce ticket orders >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
I hope that helps 🙂

MemberHi Anna!
Thanks for reaching out to us about this topic. 🙂
We are not aware of any specific settings or custom coding that allows receiving deposits for your tickets.
However, I know some users currently use the WooCommerce subscriptions and WooCommerce deposits plugins alongside our plugins, so we can totally leave this thread open to see if anyone can offer some ideas or suggestions on this topic.
Do let us know if you have any questions.

MemberHi Alex!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing those failed imports.
I’ve just checked your license and I can confirm it’s active and ready to import. Additionally, I’ve checked some of your recent import records and only one seems to have failed in the past 24 hours.
I see you you are using an older version of The Events Calendar. Please update to the latest versions of our plugins and see if any difference. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
