    Hi Julia!

I’m sorry to hear you are also being impacted by this issue.

I can confirm there was an issue with the Eventbrite API connection.

It seems to have related to a limit in Eventbrite.com for the number of API calls being made per day, which was already increased by them and it’s already working for some users.

Additionally, we’ve just made some fixes and improvements in our Event Aggregator server that should improve the functionality.

Please try it out and let us know if it works for you.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Miki,

Glad to know the CSS snippet worked for you 🙂

The translations for our free plugins must be approved by a Translator Editor for each language, so it may take a while until one of them approves new translations. You could also reach out to one of them and ask them to approve your submissions.

If you want to become a translator editor yourself, I’d recommend the following article to learn more about it > https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/

On the other hand, if you have submitted a translation for one of our premium plugins, we make a pass to approve awaiting submissions on a weekly basis. Feel free to reach out to us if there’s any submission in particular that you have submitted and hasn’t been approved so far.

In the meantime, you can manually apply your own translations by overriding the language files. Here’s a pretty good guide on how to accomplish that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/

    I hope that helps!

    Hi Stephan!

If you want to network activate your plugin, you should have a multisite license. You can find more about it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/

Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know.

    Hi Joseph!

You should be able to download Event Tickets 4.6.3.1 from the following link > https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/event-tickets.4.6.3.1.zip

I have also enabled you Event Tickets Plus downloads to show earlier versions of it just in case.

I have just checked the report for this issue and a fix is already scheduled to be released in the next maintenance release of our plugins.

Please let me know if downgrading works for you and if you need any help with that.

    Best,
    Victor

    Hi Juan!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This is our Pre-sales forum. If you have an active license for one of our plugins, please log into your account and post to our Help Desk to get premium support.

Otherwise, you can post to our free plugin forum > https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar, though we only monitor those on a weekly basis.

If you are dealing with an issue, we have a guide that will help you test for conflicts > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    Hi Miki!

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you with this topic.

First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that.

That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

As a reference, you can customize our event template using one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

I can’t figure out how to remove the “buy now!” button from the list view. How do I do that?

You hide the “Buy Now” button by pasting the following CSS snippet into your theme’s styles.css file or using the WordPress customizer (WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS):

    .tribe-events-event-cost .tribe-button {
    display: none;
    }

in the list view it says “30 tickets left” i tried to install “loco translate” but I cant seem to find where I can translate that sentence. Is it somewhere else?

The translation for that string should be inside the event tickets translation files. Let me share the following article about how to add/updating translations for our plugins > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/

For Danish, I can see the “<span class=”notranslate”>%s</span> ticket left” string is waiting approval from a translator editor for that language as you can see in https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/event-tickets/stable/da/default?filters%5Btranslated%5D=yes&filters%5Bstatus%5D=waiting&page=3

For the ticket stock issue, I will kindly ask you to open a new separate topic for it. This will allow us to keep things more organize and ensure we give the proper attention to each item.

When doing so, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions. This will ensure you are not dealing with a theme/plugin conflict.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Stephan!

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

All events should be visible on all sites without adding the event to everyone of the 3 sites – is that possible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible out of the box. Each sub-site in a multisite network will have its own posts. However, it could probably be done with some third party plugin or customization in place.

As an example, I’ve found the following plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/network-posts-extended/ which seems to do the trick, but do bear in mind we haven’t tested this functionality ourselves.

You might also be interested in our Loxi calendar, which is a recently launched calendar we have built that can be displayed anywhere you like. You can check it out here

I hope that helps! Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

    Hi William!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

There is no out of the box integration with any of those plugins. However, I know some users make use of those plugins alongside The Events Calendar to create a members only calendar/events.

As a reference, let me point you to the following articles we have that will serve as a starting point:

I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for following up with this.

Don’t worry about the correct answer, I have unmarked it.

(I attached a browser code screenshot if you want to see, but I don’t think there’s a way to move those messages up where we need them.)

I’m not able to see the screenshot you mention. Please bear in mind that files sent via email won’t make it to the help desk topic. You will need to reply using the frontend form.

Please let me know about that code so I can have a look and see if I can help you further with this.

    Thanks,

    Hi Ryan!

Thanks for coming back with the screenshots. I can now see the difference between the two stages of your site.

It seems the problem resides in the body element not having the needed classes in your live site.

Could you please check that you are using the same events template for both sites? You can check this in your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Display tab under Events template ?

Try changing that option to see if any difference.

If you see no difference, there could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Armen!

Glad to know that plugin works for you 🙂

i prefer to have the calnedale display sunday to saturday

You can change this by navigating to your WP Admin > Settings > General and select Sunday for the Week Starts On setting.

There is no built-in options to change those specific parts of the calendar. However, you can change the look and feel of your calendar views by using one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me also point you out to the following article about the WordPress customizer integration we have > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-customizer/

Does it help? Let me know about it.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for following up with this topic.

I agree with what you say about scrolling to the error messages to prevent this problem.

I have logged a feature request report for this so it can be taken into account in a future version of our plugin. I will link this thread to the report, so we can keep you posted.

The line of code you were trying to move is not the error messages. I’d suggest you make a template override of the header-links.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/modules/ directory.

In there you will find the following line of code that holds the function to echo the error messages:

    echo tribe_community_events_get_messages();

You can move that code to before the header tag to make the validation errors show up at the top of the page.

I hope that helps. Let me know about it.

    Best,
    Victor
