MemberHi Marie!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me try to help you with that.
Unfortunately, there is no built in way to achieve that.
We do have a way to hide past events from the month view with some CSS code > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/hide-past-events-on-the-events-calendars-month-view/
Does it work for you? Let me know about it.

MemberHi Tommy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
It seem the css selectors you are using do not apply to the shortcodes. Try using the following css instead:
#tribe-events-content table .type-tribe_events {
border-color: #363d4d;
margin-bottom: 0px;
}Does it work? Let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Preben!
Thanks so much for sending over the screenshots.
The name of the event is always in the ticket email by default, while the ticket name is printed under “TICKET TYPE” (BILLETTYPE) in the ticket email.
You can change that by customizing the ticket email template following one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Where you previously customizing the ticket email? Let me know about it
Thanks,

MemberHi Clarence!
No worries about the double post.
Events Calendar PRO shouldn’t cause any issues once installed. Of course, we always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Let me know if you have other questions 🙂

MemberHi Mauricio!
You’re right. I can see there is an event for those categories but the ical feed is empty.
I’m not able to reproduce this in my own installation, so there might be some conflict. I can see that you are customizing the categories slug. Are you using some custom coding to achieve this? Could you please try using the default category slug and see if any difference? try flushing the permalinks structure when you do.
If it doesn’t change anything, this could also relate to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Glyn!
Thanks for coming back with all the information.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to modify the order in which all-day events show up in the list view. It would require custom coding that modifies the main events query to achieve that.
We are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
In the following thread there is an example Cliff came up with on how you can customize the main events query with a custom snippet > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/a-function-to-exclude-a-tag-from-the-main-events-query-but-not-the-shortcode/
I hope it helps as a starting place. Let me know if you have any questions and I’d be happy to help as much I can.

MemberHi Preben!
Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.
I’m not sure I understand the issue you are having. Could you please send us a screenshot of the problem? I will try to reproduce the issue on my end.
When coming back, please share with us your complete system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHappy to help Karly!
In addition to that, I’ve just remembered that you can also find out about the recent template changes by going to your wp-admin > Events > Help.
Under the Recent Template Changes section you’ll get information about recent changes and potentially impacted template overrides.
Since you marked this Resolved I’ll go ahead and close it, but don’t hesitate to open a new topic if anything comes up.
Cheers,
