Trying to pay via paypal

I am trying to pay for Calendar pro and events plus using paypal, but it keeps declining me, even though my paypal account is fine.
Can I send a payment from within paypal to your email?

I’ve just checked and it seems both of your payments were declined by Paypal. We don’t have much control over this, so please get in touch with them to see if they can help you with it?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Paypal payments to an email address.
