Ticket name not correct

    After update today, we no longer getting the correct name on the ticket send to attendee. The name is now the name of the event and not the name we wrote on the ticket form in admin site.
    This is a new bug.

    Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.

    I’m not sure I understand the issue you are having. Could you please send us a screenshot of the problem? I will try to reproduce the issue on my end.

    When coming back, please share with us your complete system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

    Okay, I will try to explain.
    3 pictures shared.

    picture 1 (ticket1) shows the name of the event. “Poker aftener i vinter”
    picture 2 (ticket2) shows the name noted in ticket field on the event. “Poker aften”
    picture 3 (ticket3) shows the name on the mail send to the attendee. “Poker aftener i vinter”

    The name send to attendee should be the same as the one we noted in ticket field.

    In fact,
    picture 1 is no 2 in the uploaded series
    picture 2 is no 3 in the uploaded series
    picture 3 is no 1 in the uploaded series

    Do not know why it was changed during upload

    Hi Preben!

    Thanks so much for sending over the screenshots.

    The name of the event is always in the ticket email by default, while the ticket name is printed under “TICKET TYPE” (BILLETTYPE) in the ticket email.

    You can change that by customizing the ticket email template following one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
