    Hi Frank!

It’s great to know that solved the problem. Thanks for following up to let us know.

It is indeed a recent setting for the imports. Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to bulk change that setting across your sub-sites. The only shortcut I can think of would be to use the URL for the import settings, which is like the following:

    yoursite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?page=tribe-common&tab=imports&post_type=tribe_events

Of course you would have to change yoursite.com to match each of the subsites you want to change.

Since you marked this resolved, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Don’t hesitate to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.

    Hi W David!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue.

Unfortunately, we are aware of an issue with the select2 JavaScript library which was introduced in our latest update of our commons library and causes a conflict with some plugins. The good news is we have already made a fix for it and we are planning on releasing it in our next maintenance release cycle this week.

I have set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and linked it to the report so we’ll let you know as soon as the fix is released.

The only workaround we’ve found so far is downgrading The Events Calendar to a previous version. To learn more about how you can downgrade your plugins, please refer to the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/.

We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, themes and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.

My apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

    Victor

    Hi Lisa!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I am really sorry you are experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately, there is a known conflict related to the select2 JavaScript library that might affect some other plugins. The good news is we have already made a fix for it and we are planning on releasing it in our next maintenance release cycle this week.

I have set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and linked it to the report so we’ll let you know as soon as the fix is released.

The only workaround we’ve found so far is downgrading the plugins to a previous version. In your case, you should downgrade to The Events Calendar version 4.6.3, Event Tickets 4.5.7 and Event Tickets Plus 4.5.6. To learn how you can downgrade, please refer to the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/.

If you decide to downgrade, please let us know if it works for your site. If it doesn’t work, please send us a screenshot of the WooCommerce product edit page so we can see the issue.

Do let me know if you have any follow up questions and I’d be happy to help.

My apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

    Hi Tim!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with each of your questions.

    1) There is no built-in functionality to do this, but you could build a customization that would create a WordPress user.

    2) Sure! You can do so by customizing the email.php template file following one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    3) I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish here. Could you give an example of this?

    4) You can quickly export the attendees data with the export feature. Learn more about it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees

    5) Do you want to change the default number of tickets in the input field? For example, when navigating to an event with a ticket, to already have 1 ticket selected to add to the cart? If so, you can create a template override of the tickets.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/ and modify line 129 to a value other than ‘0’ (zero).

Please avoid overwriting plugin files directly and instead use the template override method described in the Themer’s Guide.

    6) The tickets email are generated according to the WooCommerce specific settings. Learn more about this here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-specific-ticket-settings/

    7) You will find all the Events Settings by going to your wp-admin > Events > Settings > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wp-admin-settings-overview/

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have follow up questions about it.
