KeymasterHi there,
Could you explain in more detail what you would like to know about the event Aggregator? Was there a particular problem you were having with it?
If you are wondering specifically about Facebook import functionality, then no, it is not working with Facebook yet. You can keep up to date on the status of that by checking in on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/
Hope that helps! Let me know if this answered your question.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help with your question.
We do provide free licenses to the Events Calendar Pro to certain nonprofit organizations. If you would like to apply for a nonprofit license, you can fill out the form on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/.
Please note that these licenses do not include access to our support forums. If you need support, you should purchase the license that meets your organization’s needs based on how many sites you will use the plugin on.
The personal license is for one site only. The Business license can be used on up to three sites.
Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions about this.
Thanks

KeymasterHi Matthew,
I will try to help with your questions.
Can I ask why you are deleting the events from the Google Calendar in order to make changes? I just set up a little test to see how exactly this works. I created a recurring event that happens every week. I imported my calendar into my test site with Aggregator. I then went and made an edit to the event in my Google calendar. After running the Aggregator import again, all of the events were updated with the changes I just made.
I then tried permanently deleting all of the events from my site. Running the import again, and they were all replaced.
Can you explain in more detail the steps I could take to replicate the issue you are experiencing? I’m not exactly clear what you’re trying to do, and the steps you are taking to achieve it.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your site. I will try to help you get this sorted.
I tried the shortcode you provided on my test site with Twenty Seventeen installed, and am not seeing any weird formatting in the output.
Can you provide a link to your site where you are using this shortcode? I might be able to tell what is causing the issues if I can inspect it in the browser.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
The template that you modify in that step should go in [your-theme]/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php. It looks like you are adding an extra directory (tickets) in there. Can you try it in this location and see if it works?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Are they trying to activate it on a site other than basis.bfm? When using the multisite license, it will be attached to a single domain, the main domain of the MultiSite install. If you have changed where the license is activated, you will need to remove the old domain from your license.
If you are needing your media partner to troubleshoot with me on your behalf, then giving them the login credentials here is your best bet.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Mark,
I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the response I was able to provide.
Please review our Scope of Support to see what types of things we can provide support for here in the forums.
The code you are asking support for is not one of our official plugins. It was provided as an example and starting point for customizations to another customer, and is not meant to be used as is in production.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Great! Glad to hear that you got it sorted.
Take care,

KeymasterHi Mark,
I tried this out on your site and I see what you are describing. For some reason the queries in the url are much different when using the search bar on your homepage vs on the calendar page.
I found other posts in the support forums about this code snippet, and they were also reporting that the geolocation aspect of this wasn’t working.
Unfortunately, customizations such as this are outside the scope of the support we can provide here in the support forums.
Sorry I don’t have better news for you. I can suggest that you visit our User Voice forum and suggest that an official shortcode for this be added to the Filter Bar plugin.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the mobile calendar view. I will try to help you get this sorted.
I do see what you are describing when looking at your site. However, I am not able to recreate this behavior on my local test install.
Can you try going through the steps in our Testing for Conflicts guide to see if this is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict? If you don’t have a staging site, I recommend using the Health Check plugin to do this testing. It will allow you to view the site with the theme and all of the plugins disabled without affecting the site for your users.
Can you also share your system information with me?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Pola,
Unfortunately, we do not handle support requests for The Events Calendar here in the Pre-Sales forum. To get help with this or any of our other free plugins, please reach out on the WordPress.org support forums.
I can however, recommend some basic troubleshooting steps to find out where the problem is coming from. Please check out this knowledgebase article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
We do have support forums available to premium plugin license holders. Note that our paid plugins have a 30 day no questions asked refund period, so feel free to try out Events Calendar Pro and access our premium support forums without needing to commit if you don’t like the products.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
We do not have a special email list for this issue. However, we will likely send out a notification to all customers once we are able to work things out with Facebook.
Thanks,

KeymasterHello,
You’re very welcome! Let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi again,
Great! Thanks for giving that a shot. Hopefully that did the trick.
To keep up with news on the Facebook situation, you can check in on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/.
We will announce any changes to the situation there.
Thanks, and let me know if the imports have stopped showing messages in the comments.
