Venue and Organizer scroll down don't function

I installed the Event Calendar Plugin. But it is not functioning like shown in the Demo.

In the editing mode, I cannot add the venue, organizer and event cost- the scroll down is blocked and I cannot add or create venues there.

What is the problem and how to solve it?

I am hesitating to by the premium version if already in the free version it is so difficult to use it easily and to get a quick answer

Unfortunately, we do not handle support requests for The Events Calendar here in the Pre-Sales forum. To get help with this or any of our other free plugins, please reach out on the WordPress.org support forums.

the link really helped. It was not easy to find on your website and there a 3 different places to ask questions-… a bit confusing for new users.
maybe you can make things more obvious.
