ParticipantHi Ilana,
Thanks for reaching out, happy to help. 🙂
This looks like a CSS-related issue, possibly a bug. Can you send me a link so that I can check this out?
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantHayley,
Thanks for reaching out – these are great questions, and I’d be glad to answer them! 🙂
“She wants to be able to see all her events (once created in WordPress) on her everyday Outlook / Google calendar. Is this possible?”
The answer to this is yes, and no. Yes, you can share events between our plugins and a Outlook or Google Calendar, but the connection goes the other way. So, for example, you could put events on a Google Calendar, and then they get imported to WordPress.
“If so, what dataset is pushed through…”Â
Since it’s the connection goes the opposite direction, the dataset is limited to what is collected when the event is created.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Hope this was helpful! 🙂

ParticipantHi Heather,
Sure! I went ahead and activated your license for the rest of the month so that you are able to test this out. 🙂

ParticipantHi Mark,
Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help.:)
This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!
Let me know if you have any questions about that!
Thanks,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Juliana,
Great question! Since you only need two premium plugins, the best option, price-wise, is to purchase them each as stand alone items, since the only bundle we offer both of them in is the Ultimate Bundle.
At this time, we do not offer multi-product discounts (other than the established bundles here), but you do receive a 30% discount from retail each year when you renew the licenses.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantHey Emily,
IÂ apologize for my silence on this! I thought I had responded, but I must not have hit the submit button, and then I went on vacation. I’m so so sorry if you feel neglected in this!
I checked into the status of this fix, and it seems it is pending code review (which means it will be released shortly). However, I have a temporary CSS fix for you, below:
.tribe-events-filters-vertical {
float: left;
width: 25%;
}Let me know if you need help implementing, and again my apologies!
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantHey Heather,
Thanks for reaching out about this, I’m happy to help! 🙂
I believe the Events Aggregator plugin updates all event data as frequently as you set it to run imports (the lowest manual setting is 30 min). The good new is, because you’re a legacy user of the iCal Importer, there’s a license key in your dashboard that will allow you to test out Events Aggregator & its functionality before committing. 🙂
Simply insert the key in the plugin settings, and save. Then you’ll be able to import with the EA functionality by going to Events>Import.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have further questions or need clarification. 🙂
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Mark,
Sorry you’re having some issues with our plugins. Regarding support, I think you may be referencing this thread?
I can check in with Nico if you’d like, but he seems to be within our support guidelines. If you can be more specific about what you feel is lacking quality-wise, perhaps we can better assist you.
Also, it should be noted, that if you’re unhappy with the support and/or product, and are within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund.
Let me know if there’s anything further I can do to help.

ParticipantHey Juliana,
Welcome to the forums & thanks for your interest in our plugins! 🙂
Based on what you’ve told me here, you’ll need the following:
- The Events Calendar
- You can purchase Facebook Events, though all of our importers will eventually be replaced by Event Aggregator, but it’s your call 🙂
- Event Tickets Plus
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHey Betsy,
I’d love to help – thanks for reaching out! Thanks for taking all the troubleshooting steps we recommend, that’s super helpful! 🙂
As it happens, you’ve stumbled upon a bug! We’re aware of it, and are working on a fix to publish immediately. If you need to correct the problem in the interim, I suggest rolling back your version of Events Calendar PRO to the previous version until the fix is published. 🙂
Let us know if you need further assistance!
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi Jake,
Thanks for reaching out to alert us of what you’ve noticed in using our plugin. We really appreciate hearing from our customers to give us a broader scope on use cases.
That said, we actually have a way to submit suggestions in place (you can do that here). If you don’t mind posting your feedback there, or upvote the idea if someone else has mentioned it already, it will make sure it’s on our radar for future improvements.
Regarding the styling issue you mentioned second, would you be able to open a separate thread please? For quality of support we like to have each issue documented and responded to separately.
Again, we really appreciate your feedback, and are happy to help out where we can. 🙂
Thanks,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Again,
So after looking into this, I see in our system that the bug has been reported and is being reviewed by our dev team. This should be addressed in a future maintenance release. 🙂
Stay tuned to our Release Notes and your WordPress admin dashboard for changelog info.
I greatly appreciate your patience, and unfortunately, I don’t have a workaround for you in the mean time. However, I’ll let you know if we are able to come up with a solution.
Best,
Shelby
