    When a user submits a community event, they are unable to create their own organiser title from the dropdown.

    Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help.:)

    This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!

    I temporarily disabled all the themes and plugins. Didn’t seem to make any difference.

    Hey Mark,

    If that didn’t change anything, I’m inclined to think it may be a miss configuration of settings. Can you go through our documentation here and ensure that you’ve configured it all properly?

    Particularly, this one:

    • Allow anonymous submissions: Allow anonymous (non-logged in) users to submit events on your site. With this feature disabled, only users with registered accounts may submit.

    If that feature was disabled then this page wouldn’t be visible at all.

    Are there any known issues with the problem I have?

    No, there aren’t any known issues regarding what you’re experiencing. I’m going to try to replicate this issue on my end & I’ll update you after some testing. Hang in there! 🙂

    Hi Again Mark,

    I’m unable to recreate the issue when using the Twenty-Sixteen theme and only Modern Tribe plugins. I’m fairly certain this is a theme or plugin conflict.

    Can you try disabling your plugins for me again, switching to a default theme, and clearing your browser and site caches please?

    Also, are your MT plugins up to date?
