Filter Bar on Mobile

Hey there,

I have just installed the filter bar on my website and it seems that the layout on mobile (iphone6) is broken.
The filter bar covers the title of the calendar.

I have attached a screenshot.
Can you give me some advice on how to fix this please?

This looks like a CSS-related issue, possibly a bug. Can you send me a link so that I can check this out?

Hi Ilana,

You’ll notice I redacted the login info that you gave me, as we have a strict policy of not logging into customer websites. Sorry if my wording was misleading! I just wanted the URL to check out the issue live.

That said, I couldn’t replicate the issue, and I tried a few different ways. I’m going to check with some of my team here and see if any of them see the same issue shown in your screenshot, when navigating to your site. Likely I won’t get many responses until the morning, but I will definitely get back to you by tomorrow on this.

Hi Ilana,

So a couple of my colleagues were able to replicate the issue, and it seems to be a theme conflict.

Could you please go through the documentation here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!
