ParticipantHi Christopher,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help out here.:)
Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. š
Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!
Best,

ParticipantHey Jeremy,
Thanks for posting, & Iām happy to help. š
Unfortunately, this kind of request would require some customization that we can’t provide on these forums. However, we do have some resources for guidance doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
Hope this helps, and thanks for understanding!

Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to restrict Community Events ths way, but this change could be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:

You can definitely put the code for your custom sidebar into the month view template files. š You can find information on the month view files in this knowledgebase article here.
Please let me know if you need help with this or if you have any further questions. š

ParticipantHi Angie,
I had checked in with Barry, and thought he’d responded to you, but apparently he intended to pass the information through me – my mistake!
Here are his thoughts:
https://www.facebook.com/BriarbankBrewery/ this URL, he’s seeing the same thing as my screenshots.
He also had some questions:
- Can you confirm with her if those URLs she listed work as expected when she triggers them _manually_
- Can you also ask her to enable debug logging via the Events > Help screen in case that catches anything that is useful to us here
If you can let me know, we’ll move this forward. And again, so sorry for the miscommunication. Your patience is VERY appreciated.
Best,

ParticipantHi again Rich,
Are you using WooCommerce for your orders? This seems a little bit outside of our plugin’s functionality, and more on their side of things. I know that sometimes these things get a bit sticky since the plugins work together, but this is something you’ll have to reach out to them for support on. š
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Brett,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. š
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? Ā I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.
Let me know about these items so that I can assist you with this! š
Thanks!
