MemberThat is fantastic to hear – thanks for confirming, Sandro, and for the words. Glad to be of service. It sounds like we’re all set here but if you need anything else in the future do let us know.

MemberHi Jane! We’re hoping for the 2.1 release at the latest (coming sometime in the fall), but given the influx of requests we’ve had for this lately I’m doing what I can to get it pushed up sooner. Once I know more we’ll certainly let you guys know and we appreciate your patience so far.
Are you having the same problem as discussed above, or something different? Is it possible it’s an issue unrelated to Davide’s? Let me know if so and we’ll try to assist as best we can.
Rob
MemberHey Will! Thanks for the follow-up here, and my apologies that this thread slipped through the cracks. To answer your question…unfortunately this one doesn’t do Events Calendar PRO -> Facebook yet, only the other way around. Since it’s still a young plugin and we hope to have a vibrant lifecycle for it in the future, that will be something we definitely look into as we build out future releases.
Cheers man. Let me know if you have any other questions here.

MemberHi all. Thanks for the follow-ups. On these points:
Angela: I apologize we couldn’t do more here…we’re pretty much out of ideas on our end, but if this changes at all or if you notice any other patterns with this please let us know. We’ll keep releasing these monthly maintenance builds in the interim and hopefully it’ll be ironed out by one of those…
David: the age restriction factor is a solid observation on your end, and my guess is any workaround we tried to implement would be restricted by Facebook’s API. That being said let me get our devs to take a look for a future maintenance release…if we can see a doable workaround, we’ll definitely implement it (but no guarantees).
Alex: I can take a look at the issue for you, definitely. But I’m not quite understanding what the problem is on your site. Can you confirm whether it’s the same problem as Angela, or is it David’s? Let me know and we’ll do what we can to assist. Thanks for your patience so far.

MemberHey Bill. Thanks for the follow-ups; apologies that it took me a few days to get you a responses here. In terms of hooks and filters, pretty much everything we’ve got can be found at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation.
While we don’t have an iCal-specific method for importing, your memory serves you correctly: there is a CSV-based importer being beta tested that I’d be happy to let you play around with if you wanted (though note, it does require PRO to run). If you’re game shoot me an email (pro a/ tri.be) and we’ll hook it up.
Likewise, let me know if you have any other questions that I can answer.

MemberReceived. Thanks, Mike. Checking it out this afternoon and will follow-up from there in the thread.
Rob
MemberAwesome! That’s the best news I could have asked for. Thanks for confirming, Matt. As always let us know if you need anything else.
Rob
MemberThanks for the follow-up, Jasper! It looks like Todd got this figured out in some capacity but this will be helpful for anyone else who encounters this issue down the road. Let us know if either of you folks have any other questions.

MemberHey Dan! Thanks for reaching out, and sweet looking site. If I understand your issue correctly…Jonah addressed a similar one a month or so back in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/template-issue-in-custom-theme/#post-20324. Does his post there point you in the right direction, or have I misunderstood the issue here? Let me know and we’ll do what we can to keep troubleshooting. Cheers!
Rob
MemberAwesome to hear you got this resolved, Michelle. Thanks for confirming as much and for sharing the code you ended up using! Others who find themselves in your same position down the road will be thankful.
Let us know if you need anything else in the future. Thanks again for your support so far.
Rob
MemberFantastic to hear you got this figured out, Prasanna. Thanks for confirming as much. I’m going to close out the thread…but if you need anything else in the future please let us know.
Rob
MemberHey Carlos. Thanks for the follow-up; Jonah is out for a few weeks so I wanted to follow-up to help get you responses on these points.
A. You are correct that the comments aspect is in the works; that will be deployed in the next release for sure, as we are aware it is a pain point for some users. My apologies for the inconvenience in the interim.
B. Interesting perspective – I can see your point here and have floated it to the team so we can get a discussion going there. The feedback we got on this during the beta stages suggested that people don’t want users seeing the (usually unstyled) login page. Particularly as that seemed like it’d disrupt their flow from going within the community form to the “My Events” list.No guarantees, but if our dev Paul has any suggestions to point you in the right direction on manually changing the login…I’ll have him share them here directly.

MemberHey Mike: I’d like to take a look at this for you (Jonah’s out for the next month), but am unable to recreate this at all on my install. Can I submit a test event on the site there to try and experience this directly or will it bother your client?
Rob
MemberThanks for the confirmation, Jason. We have had a few reports of conflicts with certain versions of PHP and are looking into whether we need to update the core plugin in some capacity to resolve that. Once we settle on a solution we’ll deploy it…but what you’ve shared here will be helpful to others who encounter this in the interim.
Cheers, and apologies for the inconvenience on this end. Let us know if you need anything else down the road.

MemberGlad to hear you got the first issue figured out, Cody, and apologies that it took me a few days to get you a response here. (2/3 of the support staff are on vacation so we’re a bit understaffed/behind as a result).
You can modify the Events List widget by copying the ‘events-advanced-list-load-widget-display.php’ file to an ‘events’ folder in your theme directory and modifying it there. Have you given that a shot?
