MemberHey Sajid. Have you given this a go using our template tag documentation (at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation )? If you gave that a go but it wasn’t valuable, please create a new thread with this issue and I can get a dev to take a look directly. Thanks!
Rob
MemberHeather: awesome to hear that did the trick. Your suggestion here is solid – I can certainly see the value there myself. Not sure what it’d require to implement from a dev standpoint but if you throw it into the “Feature Request” thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-calendar-pro-feature-requests/) that’ll give it some weight as we plan out future releases. (Currently, making the map smaller would not automatically cause it to carry over).
Karen: no prob. I’ve asked our dev Jonah to take a look here.
Rob
MemberAlright, thanks for confirming. I’ve got this on the dev’s radar and they should be reviewing/responding shortly. Cheers!

MemberHey Logan. Very odd; this is the first I’ve heard of this issue but that is certainly not to say it isn’t a legitimate bug. Can you link me to your site (and to a specific event URL if possible) so I can give this a go?

MemberThanks Jey. This should give us what we need for now; you totally could install on a second site without using the license key, and PRO would work fine (as it doesn’t need the license to run – just to access support & updates).
Let me get a dev to take a look here before you do anything else…we should be able to work with this information. Stay tuned.

MemberHi there Patricia. Thanks for reaching out; happy to try and help you out here. Is it possible that this is caused by a conflict, either with your theme or with another plugin? Let me know if you’re in a position where you can test deactivation of other plugins (and reverting to the default 2011 theme as needed) to see if we can identify a conflict…I can get devs on our team to try and troubleshoot from there. Thanks!
Rob
MemberHi there Catherine. I believe you are correct in that this is a WordPress behavior (as I’ve never been able to link a featured image on any site I’ve worked on), but let me get Jonah from our dev team to take a quick look and confirm whether I’m right here.
Rob
MemberHey Carlos. Not currently; as it stands the iCal import just tracks events published at the time of the export from your WP site. Users would need to regenerate the iCal file if they wanted to sync up with any changes made since the last export.
Hope that helps. Let me know if I’ve misunderstood the question here.
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming, Scott. What theme are you on there?
Rob
MemberCarlos: awesome to hear you’re on the right path there, visually! Will have Jonah take a look as to the layout point you mentioned most recently when he hits the forums today.
Rob
MemberHah. Client is king, indeed. Thanks for confirming – I’ll get our dev Jonah to take a look at this for you today. Cheers!
Rob
MemberAwesome tip, Alex! Thanks for the heads up.
Yazmin: does Alex’s tip above help?
Rob
MemberExcellent! Thanks for confirming Brian – happy to help. If you need anything else as you keep using the plugin please let me know.
Rob
MemberRoger, Jen – thanks for posting. I’ve got a dev taking a look at this now so hopefully we can point you in the right direction here. Stay tuned.
