Hi there Patricia. Thanks for reaching out; happy to try and help you out here. Is it possible that this is caused by a conflict, either with your theme or with another plugin? Let me know if you’re in a position where you can test deactivation of other plugins (and reverting to the default 2011 theme as needed) to see if we can identify a conflict…I can get devs on our team to try and troubleshoot from there. My mistake – too much ‘cleaning up’ of the ecp-single-template.php file, and removed the call, in case anyone else has made a similar error – easily remedied.
