MemberHey Andrei,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Based on what I’ve observed while accessing your calendar, you have two events named “MAGIA SĂRBĂTORILOR DE IARNĂ”, the first one is being correctly redirected to your event page and the second one is redirecting to an external URL.
Could you please open both events side by side (via Dashboard > Edit Events) and compare their content/make sure that they are identical? I believe you might have an image/text link that is redirecting this event to an external source.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Pavlo,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It is possible to display past events in a shortcode using Events Calendar PRO. There are a number of shortcodes available in the plugin and they allow you to filter events by date. Here are more details on how that works:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Thanks,

MemberHi Fabiana,
You are welcome! Answering your question, you can easily move your license keys from one site to another by following these instructions:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Since you simply changed your domain name, you can skip the first step.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi there,
Thanks for sending us your test results! Now that you narrowed down the cause of the issue (a custom code in tribe-events folder), I would recommend you to rename the folder back to tribe-events and review all customizations you have under [your-theme]/tribe-events/month/.
It’s also a good idea to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and look for errors that might be associated with this issue. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Simon,
Yes, that’s correct: Event Aggregator is slightly different from our other premium plugins: your license key unlocks access to automatic imports and extra import sources as well (like Facebook, Google, Meetup, etc.). You will find more info in the following link:
If you need an assistance again or have other concerns, please let me know!

If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Thanks for understanding and good luck resolving your issue. Have a good day!

MemberHey Simon,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Your license key for Events Aggregator expired on 2017-11-25 so at this moment you may be able to import only from .csv files. If you are getting this error while trying to import events from other sources like Facebook, Google, Meetup, that’s the cause of the issue.
You will find more info about how to renew your license key in the following article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/renewing-your-license/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Alexander,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear about this issue. Let me help you to solve this!
To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events-> Settings-> Timezone Settings and make sure that the Timezone Mode is set to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere”? You will find more info about timezones here.
If the issue persists, could you please send us the URL/ics file from where you are importing these events so we can take a look?
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
I just noticed that you are collecting the first and last names via ticket fieldsets. Please note that the user name and email address are both required by default during checkout. One thing that I forgot to mention in my previous reply: could you please check the following article? It explains how to let attendees to edit their information:
If you followed these steps and the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to investigate your case.

MemberHey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your tickets. Let me help you to solve this!
I’ve ran a quick test from here and wasn’t able to replicate the error: this is what I see when I access the page with my tickets:
The order number and User name are correctly displayed above each ticket purchased. The first and last names were collected during checkout (from Billing Details).
How are you collecting this info from your attendees? Did you create custom fields?
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, this is a known issue: I’m sorry to hear that you are being affected by this bug as well! The good news is that a fix is expected to be released this week: you will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.
In the meantime you can either downgrade (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/) both The Events Calendar and Event Tickets (if you have both installed) and then wait for the fix or implement the temporary solution/fix provided here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/just-updated-plugin-and-my-calendar-broke/#dl_post-1401697
Thank you for your patience and understanding and if you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!
Best Regards,
Patricia
