ParticipantThe pop-out excerpt is showing Jan 3 date for all the December event dates. I have tried disabling plugins and reinstalling and it has not changed. Is there something else I should try?

MemberHi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your calendar! Let me help you to solve this.
This sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. You mentioned you already disabled all plugins, but the issue persists, right? Could you please temporarily change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that? Don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything. If the issue persists after changing the theme, please disable all of your plugins one more time (except Modern Tribe plugins), and check if the problem is solved after that.
If the issue persists, I would also recommend you to access your site via FTP and check if you have any template overrides enabled under /wp-content/themes/[your-theme]/tribe-events.
Let me know your test results!
Thanks,
Patricia

ParticipantPatricia,
It seems that it may be a theme issue. The Event Calendar came with the theme so I am not sure why it would be causing problems. We did upgrade to Pro and maybe that changed things. I checked into the FTP and I do not see anything that should be overriding the calendar. I am using Tribe-event settings for the look of the calendar.
What I have under
wp-content/themes/healthy-living/tribe-events:
day folder
list folder
modules folder
month folder
pro folder
widgets folder
cmsmasters-events-functions.php
default-template.php
single-event.phpDo any of those items look like they would be causing problems?

MemberHi there!
Thanks for sharing your test results with us! All folders/files you have under [your-theme]/tribe-events/ are customizations for your calendar views.
You can quickly check if the issue is being caused by one of these customizations by simply (temporarily) renaming the tribe-events folder in your theme to something else like _tribe-events and check if your calendar tooltips are correctly displayed after that. To override the calendar tooltips, users have to save their custom templates under [your-theme]/tribe-events/month/tooltip.php, so I would recommend you to check this file.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

ParticipantI renamed the /tribe-events folder to _tribe-events and that did fix the problem with the pop ups on the month page, but now the calendar is not responsive. The right side is being cut off on the page, and does not change when the browser window changes.

MemberHi there,
Thanks for sending us your test results! Now that you narrowed down the cause of the issue (a custom code in tribe-events folder), I would recommend you to rename the folder back to tribe-events and review all customizations you have under [your-theme]/tribe-events/month/.
It’s also a good idea to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and look for errors that might be associated with this issue. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia
