    Hi there,

    We are trying to debug an issue with importing events from a public Google Calendar.
    Certain recurring events are appearing on our production site with incorrect times.
    However, this issue is not present on our staging server that uses the same Google Calendar to import events.
    The .ics file from the Google Calendar has the correct data, but our production server shows the times offset by over a day.

    A recurring event called “WHS BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING” which is on December 12th at 6PM – 9PM EST, appears on staging correctly. This same event on production is shown as being on December 13th at 11PM to December 14th at 2AM (https://www.winnacunnet.org/event/whs-budget-committee-meeting-3/)

    The production server and staging server were synced from the same .ics file, and WordPress timezones have been confirmed to be the same (both New York, GMT-5) Perhaps its an issue related to server configuration? System information from both servers have been attached.

    To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events-> Settings-> Timezone Settings and make sure that the Timezone Mode is set to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere”? You will find more info about timezones here.

    If the issue persists, could you please send us the URL/ics file from where you are importing these events so we can take a look?
