MemberHi John,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still having this problem. This is not an issue that I can replicate from here while having all Modern Tribe plugins installed and up-to-date so at this point I would recommend you to check the following:
– Make sure that you purged your site cache, browser cache and CDN cache after the plugin updates.
– Access your site via FTP and under wp-content/themes/[your-theme], check if you have a folder called tribe-events. If you do, please temporarily rename this folder to something else like _tribe-events and check if everything works as expected after that. Thanks!

MemberHey Kari,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems to import your events! Let me help you to solve this!
I initially got the same error as you did and in my case the cause of the issue was the Import Date Range Limit.
Could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Settings > Imports > Global Import Settings, increase the Import Date Range Limit from One month to Three months and try to import your events again after that?
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions in the mean time, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems to update your plugin. Let me help you to solve this!
Could you please completely remove Events Calendar PRO from your site (via dashboard or FTP), download a brand new copy from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ , install it again via Dashboard and let me know how it goes?
I believe that content is missing from your copy of events-calendar-pro (perhaps something went wrong while transferring the plugin files to server via FTP?)
I hope this helps! Regarding that cURL error, I’m linking this thread to our internal bug report so you will be notified as soon as a solution is available.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia
December 16, 2017 at 4:50 am in reply to: Featured image and custom fields not importing using Other URL import option #1407007Patricia
MemberHi Slade,
Thanks for sharing the site URL with us! I’ve ran some tests and was able to reproduce the same error: featured image and custom fields did not get imported.
But, when I try to import from other sites like our demo site (https://wpshindig.com/events/list/), all images are correctly imported, so I believe this issue is associated with the way how you are creating these events and attaching images to them (in the origin site). Could you please make sure that you are adding images in the Featured Image field as you can see here?
Thanks!

MemberHi Calum,
Yes, filtering by SKU sounds like a good feature to be implemented! I see that you already proposed this feature in our User Voice page, so thanks!
Regarding your question: yes, it is possible to move your tickets from one event to another and you will find all the necessary info to accomplish this in the following article:
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Raul,
I’m sorry about that! Could you please make sure that the subscription auto-renew option is toggled-on for Event Tickets Plus?
If it is not, could you please toggle it on and try to upgrade your license to business again?
Thanks!

MemberHi Sean,
This is just a quick follow up to let you know that I’ve logged a feature request to prevent this and linked this thread to that report.
I cannot guarantee when this feature will be implemented, as it’s in the development team’s hands now, but the good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Sean,
I’m sorry to hear that! I’ve ran a few more tests, but wasn’t able to reproduce the issue: all tickets with required fields won’t allow me to proceed to cart unless I fill them, the only exception is the one I mentioned in my previous reply.
Curiously, one thing that I noticed is: if I fill the required fields with one space and nothing else, I’m allowed to proceed. I believe that’s the glitch: some of your attendees are filling the required fields with blank spaces and are allowed to proceed after that.
Could you please let me know if you can reproduce this from your end as well?
Thanks!

MemberHey Vivek,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear that you are facing this same issue!
I’ve linked this thread to our internal bug report. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now, but the good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.
In the meantime you can simply hide the database error by disabling WP_DEBUG or enabling WP_DEBUG_LOG in conjunction with WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY set to false (more info here).
Thank you for your patience and understanding and if you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!
Best Regards,

MemberHey Richard,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately there’s no way to globally adjust the end date of your existing recurring events.
Regarding the events that you edited, could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > General Settings and make sure that the “Create recurring events in advance for” option is set to 24 months?
Thanks!

December 14, 2017 at 2:49 pm in reply to: Deprecated PHP error in latest update 4.6.7 of The Events Calendar #1406015Patricia
MemberHey Cynthia,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
This PHP notice is informing that you are running a deprecated class, TribeEvents, in one of your active plugins or custom plugin.
The odd thing here is: I got this same error in my own local install as well, yesterday, but other team members were not able to reproduce. I’ve just destroyed and rebuilt my own local install and will monitor the error log from now on to check. I’ll contact you as soon as I have more info on this.
Regarding your feedback about our ticket submission form, thanks! I’ll forward your request/suggestion to our front-end developers so they can take a look.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia
