ParticipantHi – my client is selling tickets for an event with a number of variables – each with its own SKU
When you go to view the full attendees list there doesn’t appear to be any way of filtering the lists by SKU or ticket type.
Nor does this information show when exported as a .csvAm I missing something as I’m sure that was a feature previously?
thanks in advance.

MemberHey Calum,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while! It’s been really busy in the forums lately, and we’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
Answering your question, it is not possible to filter (and export) the attendees list by SKU, but it is possible to filter by ticket number, order number or security code. You will find more info about this in the following article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#filters
If this is something you want to see implemented in future releases, I would recommend proposing this feature in our User Voice page to let us know.Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).
PS: if you want to filter your products(tickets) by SKU and you are using WooCommerce in your site, you can do so by accessing your Dashboard and heading over to Products > All Products.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

ParticipantHi Patricia
Thanks for getting back to me. It would make sense to be able to filter by SKU or ticket type, probably more so than security code??
So my client is running an event. Within that event there are around 20 ticket variants.
The client needs to have a check-in list for each of the ticket variants.Previously, each ticket variant had been set up as an event in its own right so filtering lists was fairly straightforward. However, she has gone ahead and done it as one single event this year, put the tickets on sale and now has a number of confirmed attendees. Is there any way I could set up Events for each variants and move the tickets over to the new events?
The only other way I can see how to fix it is to extract the information directly from the DB and which will be a real pain.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Calum

MemberHi Calum,
Yes, filtering by SKU sounds like a good feature to be implemented! I see that you already proposed this feature in our User Voice page, so thanks!
Regarding your question: yes, it is possible to move your tickets from one event to another and you will find all the necessary info to accomplish this in the following article:
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Cheers,
Patricia
