    Hi.

I’m having this problem in a page with a RSVP Form. I already increased the php memory limit to 256M but the problem still persist.

Some definitive solution to this problem?

    Hey Dayana,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with Events Tickets. Let me help you to solve this!

To get started, could you please update Event Tickets Plus to latest version (4.6.1.1) and let me know how it goes? As I can see from your system info you are running version 4.5.6 right now. Make sure that the free version of Event Tickets is up-to-date as well.

If the issue persists after the plugin update, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your page with a RSVP form. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.

    Thanks!

    Patricia

    Hi Patricia.

I already update the plugin and the problem persist.

    The debug.log file >

[29-Nov-2017 18:40:22 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 493147 bytes) in /home/mailes/public_html/navpatluis/wp-includes/functions.php on line 435

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Dayana,

    Thanks!

The Fatal Error you shared is associated with one of the WordPress core files and it’s not possible for us to tell what plugin/function is causing this based on the information you shared.

Do you have any other errors in your debug.log? If you do, please send us the complete file so we can take a took. Sometimes increasing the PHP memory limit to 256M is not enough: if your server has enough resources, I would recommend you to increase the limit again to 512M and let me know if it helps you to solve the problem.

If the issue persists, I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.

    Cheers,

    Patricia

    Hi Patricia.

I know that if I increase the PHP Memory to 512M the RSVP form will load again but the times to load are extremely long. How can I fix this?

I want to people register for my event but the load times are so high and the page doesn’t load any huge file or video. All the weight in load times is because the RSVP form.

I really need that the page loads faster.

The debug file only have that line that I sended to you before.

I wait for an answer. Thank you for your help.

    Hi Dayana,

I’ve ran some tests and this is not an issue that I can reproduce in my own WordPress install while having all Modern Tribe plugins enabled and up-to-date. The RSVP submission form works as expected in different pages and posts. I believe that the issue in your case could be associated with a plugin/theme conflict and/or a server limitation.

At this point I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and check if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).

Also, as already suggested before, I would recommend you to check your debug.log file and look for other PHP errors and warnings to help us to identify what could be the cause of the issue here.

    Thanks!

    Patricia

I know that if I increase the PHP Memory, RSVP form will load again but the times to load will be extremely long. I need to solve that the entire page load faster including the form.

You will find the form in: http://navpatluis.mailes.co/evento-navidad-en-patines/

    Thank you.
