    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

    I’ve imported all events from your gCal, so I can confirm that the URL is correct.

    Can you please let me know if you are experiencing this problem while trying to import from other sources like Facebook, CSV etc. as well?

    Also, instead of importing directly from Google Calendar URL, can you please save a copy of the basic.ics file and try to import it using the “ICS file” Import Type?

    Hey Richard,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

    We already have an internal bug report regarding this issue and our developers will take a look at it.

    At this moment, I’d suggest you to set the map individually for each event.

    I realize that this is not a great workaround, but it is the only one available in your specific situation until a patch is released.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point, but you will be contacted when the fix is released.

    I’ve ran some tests and couldn’t replicate the issue from here: this is a very odd behavior indeed!

    Can you please make sure that all of your plugins are up to date? Also, can you please let me know if you are running daily scheduled imports? I just want to make sure that your events aren’t being somehow replaced/updated daily. Are you having this problem with all of your events using this field?

    I’ve accessed your calendar and clicked on “View All 7 Events” on 08/08/17 and it worked as expected (the http://resistnc.org/events/2017-08-08/ link opened properly).

    Can you please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue from your end? If you are, can you please send me an example so I can further investigate this problem?

    But it is being permanently moved to http://jcpdowntown.wpengine.com/jewish-life/shabbat-holidays/shabbat/tot-shabbat/

    You can check this issue by copying and pasting the URL to http://redirectcheck.com

    Instead of the expected HTTP/1.1 200 OK status, it is returning HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently.

    I’d suggest you to review your rewrite (redirect) rules and remove the one that is implementing this specific redirect.

    Unfortunately I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here. I’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of this extension in my own site and the screen I see on Tools -> Available Tools in the WordPress admin is identical to the one showed in our extension description page.

    Can you please let us know where are you seeing the “Event Data Cleanup” page (in your second screenshot)?

    The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on your website’s server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. This status code is usually associated with a PHP Fatal Error, so to help us to identify the cause of this issue, can you please check your PHP error log? If you don’t have access to this log, you can ask your hosting provider to share this info with you.

    You can also check this by yourself by temporarily enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG via FTP and share with us any messages you see while accessing your homepage. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.

    The title tag is probably being handled/modified by your theme via javaScript, using document.title.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response, let me help you with this issue you are experiencing!

    As I can see from here there’s a CSS conflict causing your Delete button to not display properly and also are three trash dashicons instead of one. Can you please check if in your current active theme you have any customization (i.e. a directory called tribe-events) in place? If you have, please temporarily change the directory name or move it to somewhere else and check if the problem is solved after that.

    If you verify that there’s no customization in place, please send us a copy of your theme’s directory in a private reply so we can further investigate this issue you are experiencing.
