MemberHey Marcy,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please send us further information about your request? By default, The Events Calendar automatically removes the start and end time for All Day Events (check out this example).
Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi @rayasunn,
Good to know I was able to help! Regarding the Event Update Authority option, I would suggest you to go with option #3: Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.
We have an article about EA import settings: it is a little bit outdated but might be helpful to better understand some of the available options:
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day π

This Fatal Error is easily fixed this by increasing your PHP memory limit. You have two options:
1- Edit the wp-config.php file on your site and add this line:
define( βWP_MEMORY_LIMITβ, β256Mβ );
By default, WordPress automatically tries to increase PHP memory limit if it is less than 64MB. However, 64MB is often not high enough. Please note that sometimes even 256M is not enough, this value needs to be adjusted depending on your website needs and your server capability.
2- If the first solution didn’t work, this means your hosting provider does not allow WordPress to increase PHP memory limit. In this case you can ask them to increase your PHP memory limit by modifying the php.ini file.
Regarding your second question, you can use one license key for both your live and dev sites. You will find further information about this here.
I hope this helps!

I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. A few weeks ago we released the latest versions of The Events Calendar (TEC) and Events Calendar Pro (ECP) with a permalink update for recurring events (the permalink logic was removed from TEC and implemented on ECP instead). Please make sure both plugins are up to date.
If both plugins are up-to-date and the issue persists, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it).
I hope this helps π If you need anything else in the meantime, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey Dusty,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you with that!
I’ve installed and activated the free version of Membership2 (by WPUMDEV) while having all Modern Tribe plugins enabled and edited some of their settings from the backend: I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here.
Can you please let me know the exact steps to recreate the problem so I can check if this specific action returns a 500 internal server error in my website as well?
Regarding the “PHP Deprecated: Non-static method Tribe__Events__Aggregator__Records” error, we are aware of this problem and will release a fix for this very soon. This error is happening because we weren’t calling a function correctly when processing import jobs (so this is Event Aggregator related). Although, this error is not the one responsible for your downtime (PHP knows how to handle it).
Let me know the steps to recreate your problem and I’ll be happy to further investigate your case!

The Events Calendar and its add-ons adapt to use the same language used by your WordPress installation. It will default to English, unless you run WP in a different language. On your Dashboard, go to Settings β General. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says Site Language. Select your language from the dropdown and save your changes.
I’ve temporarily changed my site’s language to Spanish and the strings you mentioned are being correctly translated as I can see from here:

The latest version of The Events Calendar is 4.5.10 and the PRO version is on 4.4.15.
After a further investigation I’ve verified that all of your recurring events are being redirected from “/event/[event_name]/all/” to “/business-directory/all-about-kids/”, and that’s probably the reason why specific events in the sequence are returning 404 errors as well.
To solve the problem I would recommend you to:
1- Access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it). Check if the problem is solved after that.
2- If the issue persists after the permalink flush, I would suggest you to look for rewrite rules and remove the one that might be implementing this specific redirect.
I hope this helps!

Can you please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> General and make sure that the WordPress time format is set to 0:00 pm (the first option)?
I’ve tested from my end and the time format is displaying accordingly ( only values from 0 to 12 available ).

I’ve temporarily changed my site’s language to Brazilian Portuguese and “View all” was successfully translated to “Visualizar todos”.

Can you please make sure that you input your license correctly by following the steps mentioned in this article?
If your license key is already in place and correctly setup, can you please check this KB? This article was written to help people to move their licenses to a different site, but I would like you to use it to disconnect/reconnect the license key from your account/site and check if the problem is solved after that.
Please let me know if this solution works for you!

MemberHi Louise,
You’ve found the correct error log, thanks for sharing this info with us π
Can you please let me know what is the version of The Events Calendar (TEC) you are running? We’ve had some issues in the past (specifically with TEC version 4.3.1) and updating the plugin solved the problem.
If TEC is already up to date, this could be the result of your siteβs server running an old version of PHP. While we do try to support old versions of PHP 5.2, because WordPress itself does, using out-of-date versions of software like this is bad for security and site performance.
Can you please share your system information with us? This would be very helpful to solve your problem.
Thanks!
Patricia
