    Hi there!

Thanks for getting in touch–and sorry that you’re having problems here! We’re not able to address technical support issues here in pre-sales, but one of our support staff would be happy to help you out over in our Event Tickets Plus forum. Would you mind making a new post there with the details of your issue?

    Thank you!

Hi there! Thanks so much for stopping by–happy to help you out today! 🙂

    1. Is this an issue you’re experiencing on a current install of yours? If so, I’d encourage you to post a new thread to the appropriate forum for your product, whether that’s one of our premium forums here or our free user support forum over on WordPress.org.
    2. Additional fields added in Events Calendar PRO can absolutely be used as filters with Filter Bar, yes! You can read more about configuring Filter Bar on our Knowledgebase here.
    3. Our calendar navigation bar (including search) is one of our customizable template files as outlined in our Themer’s Guide–I highly recommend giving it a good read over, as it’s got plenty of great info to get you started on modifying templates!

I hope that helps to answer some of your questions! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

    Hi there!

I’m so sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with your setup! As you’re already one of our paying customers, you’re likely to get better help for your issues over in one of our current user support forums–would you mind hopping on over to our Event Tickets Plus forum and reposting your question there? One of our support team there would be more than happy to take a closer look!

    Thanks! 🙂

Aha–thanks for clarifying here! If there’s no age restriction specified in your settings for your page or the events themselves, those should import without issue (unless your page falls into one of the categories that is age-restricted by default). That said, the best way to know is to give it a try yourself–if you should test Facebook Events and find that it doesn’t work for your purposes, you’ll be 100% covered by our 30-day refund policy. Just drop us a message, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Does that help to clear things up better? Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns! 🙂

Sorry for the disappointment here! 🙁 iCal Importer is one of our newer product offerings, and we’re always seeking to improve and add new features that our customers are looking for. We’d love to hear from you over on our feature suggestions forum if you’d like to submit your best idea or cast your vote for an existing suggestion!

Thanks again, and please do let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with!

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and checking out our plugins!

Great questions here. While we don’t offer these types of features directly through Event Tickets Plus, both membership functionality and coupon codes are supported by a number of compatible ecommerce products, either out-of-box or by way of additional plugins/extensions. WooCommerce in particular is widely adopted by our user base and has worked well in similar use cases–I’d encourage you to spend some time exploring what plugins are available for the platform to determine if something that’s there might fit your needs! As always, we offer a generous 30-day return policy and are happy to grant a complete refund of your purchase price if our products just don’t work out for your setup.

I hope that helps to address your concerns! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi there!

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry you’ve run into trouble with our latest updates. We’ve become aware of issues relating to the 4.2 upgrade process a bit late in the game and are doing our best to provide information and fixes to our users as soon as they’re available–we’re incredibly grateful for your patience as we try to get things sorted here!

It sounds like you’ve got the right plugins set up here, so per the instructions on our pinned post, you should be able to address your issue by manually reverting back to The Events Calendar and Event Tickets version 4.1.4, then updating again in the proper order.

Please give it a try and let us know on the appropriate forum if you should have any other issues–we’re here to help! 🙂 Thanks again!

    Hi there!

Thanks for stopping by! I’m afraid that we’re not able to import age-restricted events or content from age-restricted pages using Facebook Events–this is a limitation of Facebook’s API and not something we (or anyone else) are able to circumvent. Sorry to disappoint! 🙁

Let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Aaron,

Thanks for following up with us! Questions are what we’re here for; happy to try and help out! 🙂

    1. It sounds like event categories may be the best and quickest way to achieve what you’re looking for here! You can categorize your events by the type of attendees as you’ve indicated here (“Adult Church”, “High School”, etc.), and bringing up one of these category views will display a calendar housing only events for that particular group. You can simply link to the appropriate calendar from each site section; category calendars all follow the basic naming convention of [yoursiteURL].com/events/category/[category-name]. The master calendar displaying all events across all categories would remain accessible at [yoursiteURL].com/events.
    2. I’m afraid that our iCal exports are static files and not feeds that remain up-to-date with changes on a live site. However, we do have support for RSS feeds of events, including category-specific feeds; these would be accessed by simply appending /feed to a category calendar URL as indicated above (i.e.[yoursiteURL].com/events/category/[category-name]/feed).

I hope that helps! Let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

Hey there! Thanks for popping by with your question; happy to help you out here! 🙂

Depending on your specific project needs, you may have a few options worth considering here! Our Community Events and Filter Bar plugins are primarily single feature add-ons and operate on top of an existing install of The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. The free version of The Events Calendar is capable of powering Community Events and includes basic search functionality, so if you don’t require detailed filtering options for your project or any PRO-specific features for your calendar, a single $89 Community Events license paired with The Events Calendar may serve your purposes just fine! You could also opt to run Community Events alongside Events Calendar PRO (which would add a variety of features, including basic filtering support) or with the free The Events Calendar and Filter Bar, either of which would be billed at an additional $89 for a personal license.

If your project budget is limited, I’d take a moment to consider the scope of your project and decide which features you might require to achieve your desired functionality. I’d be happy to answer any specific questions you might have about what each of our products is capable of! Please remember that we do offer a generous 30-day refund policy for any reason if you should try any of our premium products and decide they’re not right for you. So you’re more than welcome to take the plunge, purchase the products you’re considering, and return anything that isn’t a great fit–we want to be sure that whatever you keep is working 100% for you!

I hope that helps to address your concerns! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi there!

Thanks for your interest in iCal Importer! 🙂 For recurring imports, we currently offer options to filter imported events by location, date, and/or keyword(s)–perhaps a keyword filter might work well for your category imports? You can run a test search for your specified criteria before saving a recurring import, so you may wish to try specifying different filters and observing the output to see if a particular configuration works best for you!

You can read more about recurring iCal imports and how to create and edit them here:

I hope that helps to answer your question! Let me know if you should have any other concerns!

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by–we’re thrilled that you’re considering using our products for a future adaptation of your site! 🙂

Great question here regarding custom/bespoke plugin solutions! Our plugins are designed from the ground up to be highly customizable, and we provide plenty of resources to our users to facilitate this, including our Themer’s Guide and Technical Docs. That said, we do recognize that not all of our users are developers, and while we don’t offer our own custom development services, we do maintain a list of third-party developers who provide solutions for our software. Please feel free to reach out to one of them with the details of your project–they’d be more than happy to discuss further!

I hope that helps! Let us know if you should have any other questions, and best of luck with your project!
