    Hi Jared,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

I was unable to reproduce your issue on my local install. The events are always rendered in their single template without giving any 404. Would you please run a Conflicts Test? You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and deactivating plugins.

That will let us know if the problem is related to the plugin or if there’s another product (theme and/or plugin) that is causing some type of conflict.

Please, don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything and ideally, this should be done on a staging environment.

    Best,

    Juan

    Hi Joakim,

Thank you for sharing this information with me.

I see, I was unable to reproduce your issue on my local install. The events are always rendered in their single template by default. Would you please run a Conflicts Test? You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and deactivating plugins. Perhaps there’s a hook that is causing a compatibility issue with the template router.

Please, don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything.

    Hi Ross,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

I’ve been reviewing your screenshots and checking your site and I’m being unable to reproduce your issue in my local development environment.

Would you please try erasing those tickets (I understand that’s a staging site, right?) and try creating them again to see if that works?

    Thanks,

    Juan,

    Hi Jared,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

Let me ask you one question, is this happen randomly or with recurring events?

    Best,

    Juan.

    Hi Jared,

Thanks for the follow-up. And sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, Events Aggregator cannot delete the events that were deleted from a Google Calendar.

This feature has been proposed, so I recommend you to upvote these threads on UserVoice:

Melanie, thank you for the follow-up. Mathew is right, the customization of those words was done by the theme author. I’m not familiar with that theme, so at first, I thought that you were the one behind the customization, and that’s why I suggested going that way. As Mathew mentioned, you will need to open a support ticket with your theme author to resolve the issue: https://themeforest.net/item/ticketbox-event-tickets-wordpress-theme/19697328

Mathew, thanks a lot for the clarification and your help 🙂

If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Juan

    Hi,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Yes, regarding how genesis work and how to handle templates, I guess the best place to look for assistance would be their help desk. But that code should make it.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Hi Nino,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

That’s right, that will make it. You can have all the events, categorized by city and then use the shortcode with the category parameter on any page.

Another option would be having a WordPress multisite install with a totally separate site for each city, including a separate calendar for each one.

    Best,

    Juan.

    Thank you 🙂

That’s great, PHP will enable you to do really unique things with WordPress, so best luck with that and keep it up ??

    Have a nice day,

    Juan.

    Hi Nino,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.

You can have different calendars by using the [tribe_events] shortcode. You can read more about how this shortcode works, and the different parameters you can use by reading this article.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Hi Melanie,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well

After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.

With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.

For your customization, you may want to take a look at this template: /wp-content/events-pro/src/views/pro/related-events.php

or in your theme, if there’s already some sort of template customization /wp-content/your-theme/tribe-events/pro/related-events.php (see that I’ve used “your-theme” as the theme folder, but you’ll need to define that).

In line number 26 of that file, you’ll find the code that is printing the “Related” text.

If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.

    Best,

    Juan.
